The best thing you might be able to do is award a bunch of Monetary Sanctions and tell Greer if he doesn't pay by the next deadline the case ends in a dismissal. But that is ultimately just extra steps towards dismissal.

There is no way Greer can pilot this thing to trial. That has got to be apparent to any and all involved by this point. It was easily apparent to the last District Judge in the first go around. Plights do not = a valid tort.

This was dismissed almost right away, then it got punted back to this court on appeal, then it got punted to Florida, then it got punted back to this court again.

Two months is lightning fast as federal courts go. Generally the District Judge, after assigning non-dispositive motions to the Magistrate Judge, isn't going to be paying attention to the case. That was fairly apparent when he jumped in, not having paid attention to the case, and issued a sanctions decision without even referring to the briefings the defendants were required to make on the actual costs of Russhole's behavior while fraudulently impersonating an IFP pro se.

The DMCA is bad enough, but the various judges allowing this continue for years are arguably worse.

Hate to sound like a copyright cuck, but what I am about to say is gospel truth. If you get a validly formatted DMCA you should comply because otherwise you risk exactly this kind of bullshit that will go on for years even with a retard prosecuting it.

yeah you could argue that in that case the first dismissal would probably have held on appeal, but can you really be sure?

It's possible, but it has to be a severe infection, one that borders on sepsis. Or, if true sepsis, the early stages can present with delirium which would be mistaken for dementia-like symptoms if one isn't very good at telling the two apart.

I think Russ is insensitive to the most important aspect of the law as it relates to human psychology--negative conditioning. No amount of no will really work on him. Dismissal is just the next step in his master plan to never fucking die.

Why should the fine judges of the 10th circuit think at all that Greer goes away? Designating him as a vexatious litigant only makes him go away from PACER and our immediate attentions. The clerks and judges are still going to be seeing this shit. They'll never be free, even when this case is dismissed and the sun swallows up the Earth. When he moves, he'll be another district's problem, but as long as he has enough nubs to peck at his iPhone and he's in the jurisdiction, he will be filing complaints with the 10th circuit, an institution which has loved him more than anyone else in the world.

Perhaps the most egregious is his refusal to get Hardin the restraining order document. I'm sure the Judges get people refusing to pay sanctions every day of most weeks, but it's insane to cause this much bullshit over such a minor job. Judge Bowtie was already puzzled (I remember his brow being furrowed down to his nuts) that he hadn't just gotten it at the hearing. It must genuinely be a novelty to give a party a direct order to do an extremely minor job and have them refuse to do it, and file this many whining documents on it in stead.
