Somthing I was reflecting on was that this generation makes ALOT of hay about how they are "tired of living through historical events" and we are so quick to wonder what future generations will study in history about X or Y event and I think the acceleration of the societal "slipping on the banana peel" will hit its "ass hitting the floor" stage right about when the next generation hits there "learning about shit" time and I think they will be way to busy needing to learn about how drone swarms affect migratory birds that then lead to food chain collapse in the global north or shit like that to care how obscure political events influenced this eventual outcome.

You will never see a Disney Star Wars story, that takes the perspective of a planet falling into a race war because the empire lost power over it, because doing so would show that forces like the empire can be a good deterrent from starting such wars.

One of the things I liked about the old TIE Fighter game was how it depicted the Empire as a peacekeeping and stabilizing force that wasn't just focused on fighting the Rebels, eliminating pirate cartels and putting an end to generations long interplanetary civil wars.

What did you expect? for me its the hilarity that figures like Soros or activist organisations left pallets of cinderblocks for the chuckle fucks to use and they couldn't even manage to build a barrier, even while resisting the white man they need to white man to motivate them, otherwise you get whatever the fuck this is .
