What Billie Ross posted was a copy of the affidavit/sworn statement filed by the complainant (PAWS). This is what "pressing charges" looks like. its someone making a statement to the police. Chantal did this when she went to the police station in person and said "Nader raped me". They then interviewed her, and either made her write the statement and sign it, or they wrte it up and had her sign it. The PAWS person had an attorney do it to make it more professional and be taken more seriously in Kuwait this might be the norm.

I may be wrong, but since the Indian rupee was the first currency up until they started using the Kuwaiti dinar nationally, I believe their lawyer is just making rookie mistakes by not copy pasting the current Kuwaiti penal codes, or the amended equivalents that would update outdated items like fines.
