JUST IN: CBS News: US officials have been told Israel is now “fully ready” to launch an operation into Iran, with this being a primary reason for the announced evacuation of the US Embassy in Baghdad and the General Consulate in Erbil, as well as the departure of military dependents from the Middle East. US officials are concerned that Iran could launch attacks against US bases in the region in response.

> According to the New York Times, Iranian military and government officials have already met to discuss their response to a potential strike by Israel, with plans involving an immediate counterstrike on Israel utilizing hundreds of long-range ballistic missiles, similar to their attack against Israel in October 2024.

Not sure the Democratic Party is going to last if they don't make any gains during the midterms. The post-election leadership struggle isn't working as the people they have tried to prop up as "centrist" or "reasonable" like Newsom are seen as cucking to The Right. As much as this is MAGA country, the gay race-communists are still in full force. They aren't backing down on the woke, but instead doubling down on it. You can even see from one of Destiny's most recent videos on TikTok drama (political left-leaning college campus movement self-imploded after being mean to sheboons apparently):
By voting to replace Hogg they've committed to not learning from any of their mistakes or changing their approach with the times. As pathetic as he is, Hogg showed he's capable of seeing their problems and acting to fix them by replacing weak leaders in safe seats. The backbone of the Dem party are these scummy politicians lording over districts where they are guaranteed reelection. It's a good strategy in the near term because it gives the party a deep-rooted power base in the places that elect these reps, but in the long term it's disastrous.

The machine politicians running the party don't think in terms of engaging with the electorate and speaking to their concerns because that's not how it works in their districts. Their power is assured by the machine and any dissenters are just riffraff to be swept aside. They cater to fringe groups because those groups are willing to do dirty work for them and they aren't numerous enough to form a competing power bloc. Except it turns out that you can't treat national US electoral politics like a race in the Bay Area. Bay Area types aren't interested in hearing that, though, and now they've decided to banish anyone who contradicts them.

I have worked with legal immigrants from different nations and the biggest black pill was the large amount of legal South American immigrants who can't speak any English there are.
The fucking African immigrants from French speaking African countries can speak English and French, but the people who share our damn border can't speak a lick of it is insulting.

In unrelated news that isn't a riot or Iran getting bombed but still political and American in nature, Republicans defeated the Democrats 13-2 in tonight’s annual bipartisan charity Congressional Baseball Game.

No one was shot this time.

San Antonio TX popping off of all places. Hopefully the police respond in true texas fashion.

I don't think the left-wing patronage network is at the same capacity or strength as 2020. There is going to be no summer of love Floydmas. The blacks are sitting out during the LA riots, there are no profile picture change trends, nor infographics except for "this was Mexican land 200 years ago". The LA rioting ebbs and San Antonio is just starting? Give me a break!

I seen a blurb about Iran threatening US military bases in the middle east earlier, didn't think to save it or post it.

Pretty much goes without saying, the strike isn't gonna just end with a strike.

So do they just ban fat cops from riot duty? I haven't seen one lardass cop in any of these videos, but experience tells me that at least 30% of cops weigh more than their squad car.
I've seen a couple of fat riot cops but you probably have to be physically fit to deal with a riot, not be a bumbling chunk of lard.
