While i'm all for devesting from china, the idea that us being focused on LA somehow lets them infiltrate is absurd.
They've already infiltrated the US. the best we can do is try to get them out as best as possible and minimize the damage.

I expect protests to continue through the No King/June 14 protests atminimum. I believe someone ITT posted that the organizers actually told people to reconsider No King protests if their local area has pride events or early Juneteenth events scheduled that day so not to upstage them. With as feral as these protesters have been, though, good luck with that.

going to the ER is wild, it almost feels like a gauntlet run to prove you're not some schizoid drug seeker and to actually get seen.
The last person I know who had to go to ER was unknowingly given a drug/alcohol screen and didn't find out until they logged into their patient portal to view the lab results and ER report/notes. TFW people going to ER are treated like dope fiends or boozers when they don't even want or need heavy duty drugs for treatment.
Yup, that was me. And yes, they do it specifically because it lets them scream "I'm a MEDIC you're targeting EMERGENCY VOLUNTEERS" then once the police flinch they can run back into the black bloc mass and go back to ordering the terrorists around or flee to safety to terrorism another day. They're more important to the terrorist cells than the average goon blowing shit up as they're leadership.
This reminds me of the 2020 Summer of Love when agitators would claim to be members of the media, make phony passes out of cardboard or whatever materials they had available, and use that as a smokescreen to be actively involved in the violence. It seems the takeaway is that any passing themselves of as behind the scenes folks are probably more involved in the shenanigans than they let on.

In my area, every 50501 protest was the EXACT same group of dozen or so retirees who went from city to city for their hour-long photo ops.
Sounds similar to my area of Kiwi Land: Retirees and other people with plenty of time on their hands to go wave signs in deep Blue strongholds where, ironically enough, they people probably already agree with them and don't need to be persuaded by the signs. For me, the 50501 stuff seems like virtue signalling inside safe spaces and hug boxes that accomplishes little if anything.
Thunderstorms are being forecasted for my area on Saturday. Maybe some heavy rain will disrupte those who plan to protest.
Same here. As much as it would suck to have my plans that day ruined by rain, I'd enjoy knowing it put a damper on the protests.
