I don't like Desantis but this is great, more Governors should say similar things to their citizens in preparation for Saturday.

Being cold is actually good for one's metabolism, the body burns extra calories to maintain warmth.

Russians live in shanty houses with carpets on the walls as heat, so I mean, clearly they're burning more calories by default.

These aren't even service plumbers who in my experience get paid way more and have to actually deal with shit, they're install plumbers they just dig and route pipe. That's just the trades I guess you either get shit from the customer or shit from your journeyman. All the service journeyman I've met have been super chill.

I'm not a big noodle guy, and even I was upset by that. Mexers seem to really like making food grossly spicy. I really don't see what their obsession with hot chips is

Mexicans are hooked on Coca Cola in particular, thinking it's healthier than water. In some places, it's more accessible than water. They have a similarly high obesity rate because of it.

something that kind of gets whitewashed over is that the mesoamerican staple crop foods are the most nutritious food human agriculture ever developed by a ridiculous margin. corn treated with alkali renders more nutrients digestible and thats what masa is made from. combined with beans and you have a complete protein source
