He seems to be Russian as with most of his posts including his signature: "ковырять, рубить, обканчивать, рвать" (which translates to: "pick, chop, finish, tear"

I did hear a bit about them playing on other servers but relatively contained to grimdark servers. their username is ltkoepple so koepple or lieutenant koepple. from what I was able to ask from people they had mysteriously showed up after their russian "brother" invited them to lifeweb, said brother then disappeared, they are mute, have some mysterious disease that makes them a faggot, and is a pedophile that likes age play (ie roleplaying as a futa woman that rapes children). again, no real proof that they are or are not a woman or diseased (physically at least) but a lot of proof that they are a nonce.

Unfortunately I don't have any actual evidence for this because it's all been scrubbed from the internet. That being said, in regards to his SS13 antics, he is one of the most toxic and malicious users in the sphere. A few years ago (I want to say around 2018/2019) a group of goonstation admins tried to oust xkeeper for being a toxic, two-faced snake who regularly went behind people's back to shit talk and conspire against them. Because Xkeeper is LE TROON, he cried transphobia and ended up getting something like 1/3 to 1/2 of OG goon admins kicked out instead. One of the people kicked out who was spearheading the removal of Xkeeper, was himself, married to a troon. So now, history rewritten to protect le sacred troon, 1/3 of the original goons are remembered as insane transphobes for wanting to remove a downright malicious admin.

Other than that, he's known for doing what he does in TCRF, which is swinging his power around, crying NAWTSEEEEEEE, and generally being incredibly unpleasant and snarky in most interactions. He had a meltdown in the Monkestation discord and ragequit over it, I don't remember what it was over, though.

Thanks! I saw some records of the goonmin exodus that happened, and I assumed that those would have been some of the people he was trying to get in hot water by leaking messages. I also found him gloating in reddit posts where people complained about their bans strangely often, so all of this checks out.
