After it was restored, he still made posts on BoardII, largely consisting of complaints about blackhole89's rather lax adminstration style, and also posting snippets from the staff forum… Xkeeper had apparently hardcoded a method for himself to view the staff forum while de-admined.

I don’t know the best way to word this, but I think the decision to be terminally online is caused by an inability to just let things go. I’d guess that more than a few of us were approaching terminally-online status before saying “fuck this, I have better things to do”. Pretty bizarre to try to claim ownership of someone else's intellectual property which you then crowdsourced documentation for, for it to be all licensed under CC-BY-3.0.

TCRF is a commons resource. It's just a wikimedia site. It could be hosted anywhere. It's trivial. It just so happened that TCRF was the wiki where everyone crowdsourced their labor to, under a creative commons license. Not even the editors actually own anything since they're just describing someone else's intellectual property, and possibly violation DMCA in the process.

XKeeper has no legitimate or legal claim to exclusive ownership of the content on TCRF. He is a embarrassment to the ethos of sysadmins who should be stoic guardians of communication, not tinpot dictators trying to censor the flow of information. Not only is the whole IP banning thing hamfisted, but he should be more than willing to offer a total DB dump of the wikimedia site on request. There's a reason why wikimedia has built in public database dumps as a feature.

TCRF has lost it's legitimacy because XKeeper has demonstrated himself to be an unreliable sysadmin. Even the most woketardedpozzedlordz can see this. Blocking IPs because of ref links? This is the sysadmin equiv of randomly dropping bombs on populated areas, total shotgun approach.

And he's been on the forum since October of 2010. His Something Awful account is "Zamujasa", he's made a total of 14352 posts on the forum (2.69 per day), he registered on October 27th of that year.

Do note that XCreeper's post tally on SA is likely far higher than 14352. It's impossible to jolt down precisely the number because, during my cursory searching of his post history, i found that Workman fancied himself a regular on the FYAD (Fuck You And Die) subforum on SA. FYAD has this quirk in which the posts made in there actually deducts from the post number of it's respective users, rather than incrementing it. So much so that it's not uncommon to come across SA user profiles that show something like -12812 or -150 for their post tally.
