I suspect you're right. And when he said 'doctor appointment' I assumed some kind of examination, not a potential Adderall interview like @Fapcop posits. I think Sean and Mindset are likely done with Rekieta on a personal level and just want to watch the trash fire rather than feed it. I think both of them are still involved in the bodycam saga, but it’s more out of pride in the legal profession.

I think he'd select Keanu over Meme for the simple fact that Keanu really irked Nick out of his mind enough to expose himself that night, was probably amused by it (and perhaps impressed with her demeanor handling 5 retards), and wants to further burn Nick to the ground and she's a good place for it. The Legal Mindset option was probably for more initial broadcast, given that (like it or not) Legal Mindset has a larger base / exposure, and in audiences that might be unfamiliar with Nick. So, first choice, exposure. Second choice, a woman proven to drive Nick crazy.

ETA: As for the perspectives of Sean and Legal Mindset (Andrew?), it might as simple as that they are working attorneys, and while their content might be a suitable side-gig to their legal work, hosting a Hoffman making damaging allegations might be a bridge too far, for either of them.
