I used to be really tolerant of trannies. But lately their antics have made me so fucking jaded.

I've never heard of TCRF before this but it sounds like fun. I feel like sitting and going through stuff that wasn't included in various fighting games would be really interesting to read. Glad to see there's a way to take the information fatboy didn't even work on and upload it somewhere else. Maybe I'll browse through it sometime.
Now that I think of it, remember when Quarterpounder got punched by that guy in the dress at that one bar (not even at the convention)?. You know who was banned from the convention for that? Hambly. To my knowledge I think he's still banned from attending for getting sucker punched. He won his subsequent lawsuit over that too.
I went there a couple years after covid ended too and they went full mask nazi, probably the worst instance of it I've ever seen. Mile long lines to check vaccine passports, every fat loser volunteer turned into a patrol man to yell at people for not wearing masks correctly. It really was a perfect microcosm of who the people that do this sort of thing are, really had me thinking, "Oh look, everything people on the kiwi farms say about these people is 100% accurate. Guess they are always right." It was the only time I caught fucking covid too.
The only reason I go every now and then is to see old college friends but it was almost worth the infuriating novelty.
Nothing makes this more apparent than going to Gencon. If you've been there in the last few years absolutely everything has to have representation. They even have the nerve to slap up anti-bullying signs so if you anger one of the chosen they can just boot you out.

"The Cutting Room Floor" is named as such because it itself is a reference to the dreaded part of assembling a film where entire scenes and takes have to be removed (cut) from the final production for time or censorship constraints. It has nothing to do with tranny shit, that's just a funny coincidence. As amusing as "The Editing Room Floor" would be ("TERF"), that's ultimately not the name of the movie thing being referenced, so it would be a poor choice for a new name (IMO).
Whatever gets settled on, I don't think the staff of the new site should go out of their way to be openly transphobic or whatever just to look "hard". Just police the site/project accordingly, and keep on top of things like limiting access of accounts belonging to people who show up and ask if a field for pronouns can be added to their profile, or anyone using any sort of pride-themed avatar or any of the flags. Be quiet about it, weed them out, and go about your business focusing on the one thing these retards didn't: the content.
Lots of people are opposed to troon shit, but they aren't vocal about it because while they detest tranny shit they also don't have an appetite for drama. A place that just quietly excludes that kind of stuff and doesn't make a big deal about it would likely go over well.

It annoys me that they have to insert whatever ideologically approved messaging in no matter how hamfisted or out of place it might be. I understand why they do it (far easier/disruptive to infest established hobbies/fandoms/etc) but like, follow your own sanctimonious advice of 'well just go make your own thing, bigot.'
I don't care about making hobbies or things 'inclusive' or whatever, if people wanna participate, go for it. But I view 'inclusive' as 'don't be rude or a dipshit to new people. Be welcoming, invite people in and let people try things' not 'kowtow and cater to a group that suddenly demanded special treatment.' I've never had a problem encouraging people to try or check out things I was into regardless of who they were as a person. Some people stuck around, some didn't.
Seeing the level of shit people in various hobbies have to contend with these days just to enjoy something that brings them joy is ridiculous. I'm glad people are starting to put their fucking foot down. Just sucks that it resulted in the salting of the earth of a number of things I used to enjoy.

On his Mastodon instance, which he still uses, the pinned post (Archive) dated from 2023 is a long rant about a dispute he had with 2 roomates, who both seem to be with his server work and a girlfriend, who apparently conspired to leech off and lie about him. Because these are almost certainly other insufferable genderspecials (they tried to start a commune), I'm making no assumptions about gender here or even that Xkeeper is twisting it.
On my former roommates
I want to write this even less than you want to read it.
TL;DR: Raspberry and especially KS took extreme advantage of my generosity, and are the very gaslighters they try to paint me as, making things up and denying reality.
First, some history about what happened, and then some evidence of the stuff they're lying about.
Beginning (2013-2020)
Raspberry moved in with me in late 2013. We got our own apartment and, a few months later, Kaito/KS also moved in with us, April 2014. Rachel moved in later in 2014 as well.
The rent arrangement was informal, because I was trying to start a commune. We would all help each other out, collectively, so that we could eventually make a larger move out of Vegas to somewhere desirable, like Seattle. The PNW was part of the plan for a long time; this will be relevant later.
For most of the time:
In 2015, Raspberry quit her job. She was mulling over quitting for personal reasons and I suggested that she should just do it.
- Raspberry worked full-time for a few months and paid various amounts of rent.
- KS worked a part-time job for several years (until Oct '19) and paid $100/mo in rent.
- Rachel worked several jobs and, between them, did volunteering at the Pinball Hall of Fame. She paid about $300-400/mo in rent until getting laid off during the pandemic mid-2020.
- I have been FTE since late 2011 and paid the remainder. Rent + utilities started at $1250 + $200 and, by the time we moved out, was nearly $2000 + $450. Inflation is a real bastard. I also covered groceries and most delivery orders.
With no income, she no longer paid rent. She no longer had money to pay for her student loans. After they went into collections, she started having panic attacks. Because we were in a relationship, I took over paying those, at $300/month.
Raspberry did not make more than one serious attempt at finding new employment for the rest of her stay in my apartment. She had one offer that she had to decline because it was on the other side of town; beyond that, nothing. In the few weeks leading up to them moving out, she offhandedly remarked she was finally "trying to take it [job searching] seriously".
At some point (2016 or 2017), I told her that I would not be able to continue supporting her if she didn't find actual work. At this point, three of us were employed, and she had been out of work for over a year with no prospects. Unbeknownst to me, this was the real "end" of our relationship.
In late 2019, KS quit their job. They stopped paying rent entirely. Mid-2020, Rachel lost hers. I was now the sole provider for all financial stability and increasingly started begging people to help, because as the sole supporter of 4 people, it was overwhelming me. But nobody came.
Middle (2021)
January 31, 2021, I had a mental breakdown. Our apartment was a filthy mess, with trash everywhere, dishes never getting done, nobody doing chores. Everything was increasingly on me to take care of it. During that breakdown, Raspberry officially broke up with me.
Things were heated. I had a few ongoing suspicions about our relationship for the last year, as we'd grown increasingly distant. I asked Raspberry some pointed questions; KS helpfully said later that Raspberry just lied about several things because she had anxiety.
Our lease renewal was coming up in April. I was now the sole supporter, 100%; everyone else was out of a job, and I now had two roommates, KS and Raspberry, that I was no longer on good terms with. They had nowhere to go and no plans to leave any time soon. I said they would need to leave, because, well, they're not paying rent or contributing in any way. Figure out a plan to get out.
I started hearing things from Rachel. "Ohh, X is gonna let us starve, they're not gonna buy groceries" "Ohhh, X is gonna kick us out soon, we're gonna go homeless". No amount of trying to correct this worked. If you know the situation, you'll know they were allowed to stay until April 2022, over a year later.
Things increasingly broke down. They were uncommunicative. They lied. They made things up to tell other people and continued to take complete advantage of our apartment. They did not contribute to doing chores or maintenance at all. They had an utter disdain for everything about me and that place, except for where they could take advantage of it, which they did continuously.
April 2021
This one deserves a special highlight, because one of the things they said was that they were afraid I was going to, quote, "ruin their lives" by venting about the situation on my private Twitter account. I said, okay, fine: I won't vent about you on Twitter any more, period.
There was a third person who was trying to mediate the situation between us, RanAS. Bless their heart, they tried real fuckin hard. But, stop me if you've heard this one before, KS did exactly what they said they were afraid I was going to do.
I woke up to this on April 19, in the middle of talking stuff over with this third person:
Yep! "We're afraid you're going to talk shit about us on Twitter" turned into "We're going to talk shit about you on Twitter" without a shred of irony. Again: this is a theme.
I got pretty upset and made sure KS knew they were making a mistake via a Twitter post:
The good news is that after a few hours and more arguments -- mostly people going "KS, what the fuck are you talking about, none of this makes sense from what I know of both of you" -- they finally deleted their thread (and I deleted mine).
Things didn't get better.
June 2021
At one point, KS and Raspberry decided -- again, while fully unemployed, with zero income beyond a friend spotting them a hundo or two a month via Patreon -- to go all-out on a new project: they were going to port Petal Crash to the Neo-Geo.
I was incredulous. You have no job, you have no income, you are staring down having to move out soon with zero plans. What are you DOING. "When does a personal project become a job", KS asked. The answer turned out to be never.
KS and Raspberry decided to spend over $1,400 on Neo-Geo parts and accessories:
You may notice that there is no Petal Crash release on the Neo-Geo. You may also notice that this was post-breakup, June '21. No money, nowhere to go, living with a person you constantly call "abusive" and "gaslighting": the perfect time to spend money you don't have, especially when you're claiming the big bad X is going to not buy groceries.
- A lot of 7 untested Neo-Geo boards off of eBay for about $300; if you have used eBay before you know "untested" means "not working but don't want to say it". To the surprise of KS and Raspberry and literally nobody else on the planet, 6 of 7 boards were dead or corroded beyond repair. One board worked, with bad colors. They tried to rope Rachel into repairing them for free, offering to give one to her in return.
- A $430 NG flash cart. This one KS actually bragged about on Mastodon!
- An ~artisinal~ NG-specific power supply and supergun (arcade-to-television convertor), more expensive than ordinary ones that would have worked fine
- Several NG game cartridges, at least one of which was broken and the other being an obvious bootleg, for "real hardware verification"
At no point did they consult with anyone else. Rachel literally repaired and worked on arcade games as her previous job; they ignored this and got a bunch of dead, non-working equipment in return.
Nothing got better by this point. Raspberry and KS were increasingly hostile towards both Rachel and myself. Even basic questions: "what groceries do we need to get" sat ignored, and when Rachel went to ask them in person: "oh Rachel's here, mad because I didn't answer her question in 30 seconds" (it had been 30 minutes).
April 2022
Eventually, finally, they decided to work out a plan to leave by April, 2022. Again, at no point did they try to prepare for this move that they knew was coming. They did not do any packing, organizing, sorting. They did not even have a place lined up to go until near the very end. KS remarked that I said "this is all your fault" while they were loading boxes; this is true, because it was all their fault. They did not do any preparation. Instead, they used me as an excuse. They claimed they were "too afraid of [me]" to do anything, to get stuff out of the master bedroom where some of Raspberry's stuff was. Rather than simply ask me to leave the house (via Rachel or otherwise), they did nothing so that they could blame me instead. Noticing a pattern yet?
They drove off in their U-Haul and I hoped it was over.
It wasn't.
End (2022-2023) - The reality revision continues
KS and Raspberry have said a lot of things about me that I cannot counter or prove. Some of it simply because I don't know what lies they've made up about me; some of it because there simply isn't a way to counter someone making up things. They could say "X said they were going to run us over", and I would have no way to disprove it, but similarly they wouldn't have a way to prove it (because it didn't happen). But the accusation lingers.
The good news is that, because they're both insufferably bad liars, the few things I do know are extremely easily proven false.
Moving to Seattle
Rachel and I finally made our escape from Vegas to Seattle around April 15, a full year (and one lease renewal) later. Success! Moving was a nightmare, but we made it.
First, I was jealous of your complete and utter lack of responsibilities, and I made that clear. It turns out that being the sole provider for 3 people, two of which treat you like a doormat makes you a little bitter.
Second, this is patently, obviously, and extremely provably false. The "completely indecisive" part was about where in Seattle, because for a majority of that time, I was having to consider moving four people, to an area we'd never been. Surprisingly difficult! (KS and Raspberry moved in with a friend they could leech off of for a few months.)

But that doesn't fit KS's narrative, so it doesn't matter. The important thing is that they get to call me a serial, gaslighting abuser to their friends:

Rachel actually reached out to KS and Raspberry over this! The response was literally "can you blame us". Uh, yes???? You made up bullshit and are trying to ruin my reputation over it, you absolutely can be blamed for that. Especially when the post is still up!
A slightly more recent example is the fate of our old Mastodon instance, "the.resize.club". It was started as a joint project between myself, Tiden, and KS. Tiden got booted out (another terrible former roommate? I sure know how to pick em); I would fund and host the actual server and KS would run the technical side of things, since they had their own instance as well.
It turns out, KS is allergic to taking responsibility. Part of that server setup was that KS added a bunch of their instance-specific hacks onto the Mastodon base code, adding new features like a "infinite length" post with Markdown support.
KS then decided they didn't feel like maintaining it any more. Mastodon introduced breaking changes later on, rendering the instance actually unusable for communicating outwards. I asked repeatedly: hey, you added all this stuff, can you at least port it or unwind it or help? No. The closest they got was taking a backup of the longform posts mid-2020. Note that date, because it's before the relationship breakdown (Jan '21) and the KS Twitter fiasco (Apr '21).
Someone mentioned that instance being horribly out-of-date prior to going offline; "Is the admin still alive over there?" and KS piped up.
Notice how KS's modifications play no part here; history has quietly been rewritten that it is implicitly my fault, due to the fallout.

Conclusion
KS and Raspberry are both people who abhor the idea of having any sort of personal responsibility, and will rewrite history to make sure they aren't at fault for anything. I have been a scapegoat of theirs for too long and I am sick of it. I have been biting my tongue hoping they would stop, keeping things to myself, quietly watch them continue to do this. They haven't stopped and have no intent to do so.
They have been away from me for something like 16 months now, they've extracted tens of thousands of dollars from me in student loans and rent and more, they abused and took advantage of my generosity repeatedly, and they still want to run my name through the mud. No. I'm done playing nice.

It's been a while since I thought about Hambeast, but anything he claims or says needs to be taken with a grain of salt.
Remember, his YouTube channel is 'under attack' like 700 times a week.
The process of cutting scenes is editing, to be a complete pedant about things.
But if you want to keep it in line with the original meaning, maybe The Excised Room Floor?
Or something like Edited, Removed, SomethingwiththeletterF and just leave out 'T'?

Yeah, if you're looking for a place to last, and not just explicitly meme on transexuals for a bit, you don't need to go crazy in the opposite direction. Ultimately all you need to do is just run the place normally., to shut down tranny nonsense when it pops up doesn't require you go out of your way to deal with them you just maintain and ENFORCE(not selectively, like xkeeper and his conflicting snitch rules) a no-drama center, since you know, that's what Kiwi Farms is for after all, DON'T include any on your team unless you're absolutely 100% positive they won't be like wokeman and don't give them special treatment of any kind, and the rest will just naturally filter itself out.

You are 100% right regarding the semantics, but the idiom that people have said for decades calls it the "cutting room", likely for it's negative-sounding connotation: https://en.m.wiktionary.org/wiki/on_the_cutting_room_floor
So, just swapping "cutting" with "editing" would be a fundamental whiffing of what the site was originally referencing with its name.
