Nick has previously talked about using Aaron's guilty plea in the RP case as a basis for civil litigation against him. Aaron's guilty plea in the case means certain legal facts about the RP are already established and a civil case would mostly legally concern the issue of damages suffered by Kayla.

Opinions will of course differ. But I tend to think that the litigation would be more difficult than Nick thinks it will be and that it will be deeply humiliating for his wife. Its going to be tough to convince people of the deep harm done to a woman by two people talking about a nude photo of her.

I think Nick has a serious desire to hash out his cuck and swinger issues in front of a judge in a courtroom. He wasn't able to do that in the criminal case and now he wants to be able to do it in a civil case. Its lunacy.
