That's the specific term that the European and American Hard Right groups use to describe plans to get all the brownoids to fuck off.
They have entire conferences dedicated to it. Its how to set up the economoic, social and legal conditions of a country to make it that a lot of the browns start fucking off on their own accord and then once you get it down to a manageable level you can do the rest by force. The idea that most of them came because of all of those reasons, so a country needs to create the opposite reasons to make them want to leave to get you to a level that you can boot the rest out easily.

1. used the specific term
2. drew extra attention to the term "It's called Remigration"
3. He used the term to specify of the 21 million "All of them have to go"
