I'd do that regardless of whether it's true or not. It would be incredibly stupid to brag that some of them are still alive and put an immediate target on their back.

If Israel say they got them, I'd be more inclined to believe them than Iran. Their intelligence operations are top notch and after what they pulled off against Hezbollah last year with the coordinated pager attack, I don't doubt that they had this planned out to the T. I don't know what Iran will do in response, but how Israel responds after that is more interesting. There will likely be more targeted attacks against top Iranian officials in the future if necessary.
