i thought it was obvious, in the long term iran can just rebuild, and israel has done nothing really to address the fact that soon western countries will be overran with people who fucking hate israel, with younger americans also hating israel more and more. theyre on borrowed time and all theyve done is removed an immediate threat. they apparently have no long term aspirations in permanently crippling iran so what are they going to do when they cant leverage more powerful allies?
