In Mass Effect 2 and 3, Tali'Zorah was one of the first characters where I actively remember thinking, "oh yeah, she's the one." She's the only member besides Garrus who's with you the entire trilogy, even with her rightfully not trusting Cerberus like everyone else, her voice is practically perfect casting, and I loved the way she grows from admittedly being boring as fuck with the worst side mission in 1, to a lovestruck nerd in 2, and to a confident admiral in 3.

Call me basic, but I'd also take Panam in a heartbeat if I wind up in Cyberpunk. Yeah, she's not for everyone, but I'd take a ride or die girl any day.
