you know if he voluntarily pays court fees thats a much better look than paying an unfair sanction just because hes being forced to, it will make him look favorable to the 10th circuit judges.
As soon as Russ pays Josh a single cent, Mr. Greee has lost the battle and the war. After that he will forever be taunted for giving Kiwi Farms the W and the last laugh forever. Does he realize Hardin is working pro bono and any sanctions Russ pays will instead go directly to financing the permanent availability of his KF threads? I also heard Null is going to cut checks to Russtard and Moseph to compensate them for trolling Russ, but I’m not sure how he could write checks to two internet people. So those two will instead probably be paid in Bitcoin as soon as Russ coughs up the sanctions money.

I know it's only $0.06, but COME ON Russ, she just said it.

He included the screenshot in ECF 326 though.

“$67.34? Why is the lady asking me for $67.40? I can’t believe they’re going to charge me $87 for this file! Court, tell Hardin to pay me $774.75 to get this file they’re going to charge me $1,000 for!”

Bizarrely, while he rounds up a bit in the email, he rounded down when whining about it in his Motion To Undo The Deadline That Is Now Due.

Obviously it's not a significant issue, but it reinforces Hardin's complaint that Greer just fires off filings without checking anything. It's not just law, transcripts, or standard orders that he doesn't check; he doesn't even check the amounts he is complaining about.

My point was that his screenshot doesn't make it clear that he was informed that he is seeking the wrong thing. It looked like a default response. Now we know more of the context especially that he explicitly asked about the price and was then informed of WHY it was as high. It no longer can be a simple misunderstanding of the terms like Russ would like to portray were he called out on it.

Well, the only new thing here is his email asking why it's $67.40. ECF 326 shows him specifically asking for "a certified copy of the case file" in his notarized request, the court's reply acknowledging his "request for a Certified copy of the entire Case," and that final email saying "You requested a copy of the entire case" with the itemized costs laid out. But even in his prior filing, ECF 294 when he tried to get the order modified, he revealed that he had been informed (and included a screenshot) of what the per-page costs would be, including the extra costs for certification. He had already entered all of this info into the docket himself, he already pre-debunked any claims of misunderstanding he might have attempted. Hardin touched upon it in 327, but for whatever reason he failed to mention that Greer was already well aware of what the costs were since they were mentioned in 294.

Isn't the difference between the Application and the Full Case presumed to be 2 pages? Russel filed his plights. The Court told him to Fuck Off. That's it.
The price seems to indicate there are more documents in the case file than that since each additional document is $4 + page cost. I don't think we've seen a copy of the list of documents to know what else might be in there.

So Russhole is being a disingenuous fuckhead. It must be a day ending in "Y".

So what would the total cost be for the pages he actually needs? $10-15 or so?
.
And I love how he was so offended in his plightsperging that the official wouldn't stamp each page "attorney's eyes only" like they were being derelict of duty in not doing something Ratmouth could just do himself. I mean :story: .

I suspect most of the additional documents are records of him playing fuckery with it.

We did, actually.

Since then there have also been Mr. Jorton's attempt to get the files, which was docketed as well.

The fact that a governmental entity that is not a elementary school is using Comic Sans makes me unreasonably irritated.

At least he didn't email porn...That we know of. He certainly has though.

Ohh, I think I'll make it my font to stand out. I noticed someone has a gif in their signature recently and I was kinda jealous.

Random autism: Russ attached a scanned document, and included the email address of the UPS store scanner that sent it to him.

UPS Store #4148 is at 3157 N Rainbow Blvd in Las Vegas, 21 minutes away from Greer's supposed address at 1100 Dumont Blvd.

This is odd, because there are several UPS stores closer to him, including one that's 3 minutes away, practically down the street from his supposed apartment.

We know he was evicted from there, but it's still the address he keeps at the top of all his filings, including the one complaining about document costs.

Of course he could have got it scanned while out driving for his job, or he was doing other errands in the area, etc. This doesn't prove he is lying about his address. It's just a funny data point.

It's disturbingly common. I've filed for permits with application forms that were entirely in Comic Sans. Bureaucrats just love it for some reason.

Sorry, you can't expect me to remember January.
So, the documents labeled "Filed" are 7 plus maybe 2 more for that Jorton guy, one for request, one for denial. 9= $36 minimum just for document certification. Still quite a number of pages though.

She's a girl, what do you expect.

Unless it has been shown previously, in which case somebody please point to it, I don't think we have any way of knowing how many pages each "document" consists of in the docket. Greer's initial petition could've included buttloads of screenshots of KF I suppose?
