appeals plight sperging begin.
I'm looking forward to Greee trying to explain that he's appealing because the 10th said he had a case but those meanies in Utah threw it out. And then the 10th explaining he might have had a case but that required him to actually prosecute the case.

This is, of course, assuming he gets past the fee for the Appellate Court. Isn't it like $600, and if he tries to IFP his way in I'm sure someone will draw attention to the shenanigans going on in this case.

What can he even argue on appeal? Nothing.
What will he argue on appeal?

Russell going balls to the wall and taking on the appeal court, all while footing the bill himself, would be amazing but I don't think we'll see it.

He'll definitely try to file for IFP status, but even if he doesn't get it, the filing fee is still less than whatever amount he's likely to owe in sanctions. I hope he does it if only so Hardin can cross appeal the ruling from the district judge that shaved several thousand dollars off of the sanctions that the magistrate judge awarded. Tell me it wouldn't be karmic justice for Russ to spend hundreds of dollars on an appeal that only results in him having to pay even more money to Null.

Russ when he drops the act and reveals he's a multi millionaire and can speak normally. Revealing his power level to bring this case to a close and footing the bill himself

He's already indicated he is thinking of trying.

If Greer believes his tard shield has run out with the District judge, he'll likely rush over to his treasured 10th Appeals, without doing the necessary research first. He's got nothing to lose, and a sincere belief that they'll bail him out.
Interlocutory... wait Greeeeeee thinks he might run to the 10th Circuit in the middle of the trial and try and get them to undo the many things that just happened? Hilarious.

He hasn't even filed a motion to reconsider the amount, has he? Or did I miss that in the fields of plights? I mean, if he files a motion to reconsider with the judges, they HAVE to respond to it. If they deny him he can just file another one where he explains why they got it wrong. Eventually they'll have to understand, right?

He thinks the sanction is based on the judge's refusal to understand the situation. And the 10th are the only ones who truly understand him.

He'll definitely try to file for IFP status,
Applying Greer logic here, if he can con the Appeals Court into rubber-stamping IFP, he can wave that in the Magistrate's face and get his $402 back.

Didn't someone say Null should sell it to The Sharty?
What happens if Null sells the debt to...
  • Ethan Ralph: Ethan beats the payment out of Russ when Russ doesn't pay. Ralph wins the subsequent lawsuit.
  • The Sharty: Russell pays the debt three different times to get them to stop spamming Hitler pictures. It doesn't work.
  • Liz Fong-Jones: Russell "discovers" new things about his sexuality after having his debt forgiven
  • Patrick Tomlinson: Doesn't get paid; sued unsuccessfully after calling Russ a "sweet baby child"
  • Quasi: Lets the debt sit for a few years to maximize interest before pulling Russell's financial teeth out his metaphorical butt
  • Donald Trump: Forces Mexico to pay the debt
  • Taylor Swift: Russell pays immediately, and sues when Swift doesn't suck him his penis afterwards; he loses again
  • Nick Rekieta: Sells the debt to a Mexican cartel for more cocaine; Russell's firebombing fantasy comes true
  • The LDS Church: Russell files an emergency lolsuit to prevent this, has the mother of all meltdowns when it fails

I might be misunderstanding the process a bit but from what I can gleam you file your notice of intent to appeal with the district court and pay the fee to the district court. So I actually don't think he could file an IFP appeal.

He'll pay the appellate fees out of pocket because it's cheaper than paying the sanctions he thinks they're going to dismiss for him. It's just good business sense.
and most importantly it wont go to null.
damn bro now im worried rusty will actually do that. you know if he voluntarily pays court fees thats a much better look than paying an unfair sanction just because hes being forced to, it will make him look favorable to the 10th circuit judges. thats the last thing we need... FUCK
