He also doesn't realize that he can't do any court action on his own unless he fires his public defender, and his parents aren't going to allow that nor can they afford to. Sure, he can appeal AFTER he is convicted that by the time a court hears it, his sentence of a few years will probably be done.

Been a while but looks like Todd got into a major argument with his public attorney, called her a bunch of bad things, and now she has filed motion to withdraw from the case as his attorney. Takes something really serious to have your own public defender withdraw from the case.

No doubt Todd is happy that another round of delays are coming due to he has no legal representation.

EDIT: Todd is crying on her website for her to come back to defend him. I guess he is having 2nd thoughts. Too late Toad, she filed the motion and can't due to bias defend you anymore.

I'm sure the judge will assign new council or force Todd to hire his own council and delay, yet again, the hearings.

As was told him by a federal official "You can't fix stupid".

She probably told him he was going to lose and he had a major blowup at her office and made some threats. I first read this and thought that Toad hired private council to replace the public defender but apparently that wasn't the case. You can tell Toad is using AI to write for him now.
 
Todd now says he is going to sue the Public Defender's office along with the state, FBI, and his local city for $100,000,000 and he is going to buy an yacht and island and retire forever to "get away from us". Turning off your computer is a much cheaper to get away from us, but this is Toad we are talking about here.
