Bibi pretty much treated Trump as irrelevant and Putin has acted like Trump’s efforts were a joke, so I’m not sure Trump really understood how to wield the nation’s influence.

Maybe he’s focused too much on having friends give input on foreign policy rather than listen to advisers that may tell him uncomfortable truths?

I would not be surprised honestly. Israel basically stabbed the Iranians in the gut and then threw them in the water. All the sharks in the Pentagon can just smell the bleeding body of the enemy they've want to turn into chum for decades now. The IAF for all its skill has absolutely nothing on the amount of firepower the USAF can bring to the party. Its a fraction of the size and capability, and considering just how easily they are dunking on Iran its going to be really hard for the doves to argue against "No really, we can just blow all their shit up with impunity and they can't do shit about it".

I think bidens tenure just broke the conditioning

The world got used to being able to largely ignore what the US president wanted except in questions where he could directly action something like pulling the tariff lever. There's always some faction of the permanent government/civil service/glowniggers etc you can work with instead

The US should absolutely not get involved past helping Israel shoot down missiles coming its way and there is a very simple reason why

So long as the threat of the US getting involved exists, Iran has a powerful incentive NOT to try terrorist attacks through IRGC and proxy cells in Europe and America. If the US does start bombing Iran then what reason does Iran have to not order its assets outside the Middle East to go on Operation Fake And Gay VII

It should be noted that these are likely being fired from inside of Iran and are used as baits to expose AD positions. How incompetent are the Iranians that they still have Mossad teams operating in their country 48 hours after the war started?

Yeah, I thought that too.

Its still something, and the fact they made a big deal out of a Harop shootdown (which even Pakistan has downed Harops) really casts doubt they brought down a stealth fighter that can defend itself.
