It needs full launchers and it has limited interception range and time.Another angle of a hypersonic missile strike on Haifa I think (might be late and gay)
Mostly just posting to speculate: The Iron Dome obviously needs physical ammunition to work, but would those systems as well as David's sling running out of ammunition even be a possibility? If so I imagine Israel is racing to destroy as many of Iran's missile firing platforms before Iran empty their stockpiled ammunition.
Somehow I imagine that's not going to happen, but nothing is certain. Whatever the case Iran seems to be focusing on infrastructure now too, so I guess everyone is learning as they go.
Tinfoil dome has already been penned by yemenis by firing mortar and similar crap until it is exhausted, then hitting it with a real drone.
Saturation attacks are common and system cannot handle more than a few missiles at a time. Mericans were probably airlifting everything they can so these launchers get filled. David's sling is even more costly and incredibly time consuming. You are basically loading a full missile with active payload.
I mean when one side is vaporizing your high command and sensitive military installations at their leisure, "behold our mighty response of broken city block windows and shaken buildings on the half dozen missiles that make it through each wave" is not exactly black floog of super serious worthy.
Pretty much whole block is wiped
So far Kiryat - Israel's military HQ got hit
Centre of Tel Aviv
Port of Haifa - Ammonium storage
Haifa Refinery on fire
Nothing special or big overall.
