This is my opinion on the matter. I personally agree with making sure every person detained by ICE has "due process," as I think due process is an extremely important right and I generally don't trust the government, however for immigration cases I really don't understand what "due process" they deserve besides simply having a hearing where it is determined whether or not they are here legally, be it citizenship, visa, permanent residency, or otherwise. If they are here legally, so be it, if they aren't, send them back. I genuinely do not understand what else could possibly matter.
