I hear sporadic reports that China is trying to assist Iran. But with their airports and bases blown to hell and the public starting to panic, I can't see how helpful that will be.

Opinions and speculation requested.

There was a Cargolux 747 from China that was seen flying towards Iran via Turkmenistan that supposedly shut off it's transponder as it neared the Iranian border. Middle East Spectator stated it didn't fly to Iran and Flightradar24 will do some weird shit with tracking when a plane shuts off its transponder. There isn't much you could cram into a cargo 747 that would be of any use for Iran. Maybe some drones and small parts for rockets but the IAF is destroying Iran's missile facilities left and right so what good are some chips for your guidance system when your manufacturing facilities are smoking craters?

Iran likely faces quite the missile dilemma at this stage.

It probably retains enough MRBMs for at least 2-4 additional large-scale salvos against Israel, but its arsenal will inevitably be depleted. This forces Tehran to conserve munitions, particularly with an eye toward future contingencies.

At the same time, its missile capabilities are under continuous threat from Israeli airpower and, to a lesser extent, SOF on the ground.

This means the longer the conflict continues, the greater the risk that Iran loses the ability to conduct large-scale salvos at all, especially given that Israel shows no intention of letting up.

Iran is probably maxed out at ~200-300 Ballistic missiles firing at once and that's the only thing they have to attack Israel.

Their drones and cruise missiles are stupid easy to shoot down for someone with a few hours of warning

Irans launchers are getting hunted now. Israel seemingly destroyed all the in ground launchers so Iran is forced to rely on TELs using a shoot and scoot method. Issue is, every time they shoot they light up on IAF radar.

The bottleneck here isn't the missile stock, it's the amount of launchers.
