@enaR's deadname is actually Elijah Rane Evanoff, born May 15, 1997 (archive), making him 28 years old at the time of this post. He was born in Mason City, Iowa, and went to Hoover Elementary School, John Adams Middle School (Wayback) and Mason City High School (Wayback), all in Mason City. He went on to study at the University of Iowa (source (paywalled, try 12ft.io), archive), graduating June 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics (source, archive, alt: source, Wayback).

Aside from his mother Gloria Evanoff (in her 60s), he has a sister named Miranda Evanoff who is 44 (born February 25, 1981, meemsevanoff/meems3eb on Xitter/Instagram/YouTube/Pinterest/Poshmark/Threads). His late father is Thomas Joel Evanoff, a Navy veteran who died in 2022 (obituary, archive). I am unsure if he has other siblings. Through Miranda, he has a nephew named Ezra Zane-Thomas Evanoff, born December 11, 1999, and another nephew who is about 11 years old.

This post and that post contain more information about his location; the Mason City address is his mother's house, I can't verify the Ohio address. Based on a post from his sister (since deleted) I can at least confirm that he moved out of Iowa.

Around 2020, Rane, who could probably be described as something like a sinophile, spent time in Taiwan as an English teacher. He returned to the US after about a year of work because he lost his job and was unable to secure a new job in Taiwan. He took up work in a warehouse some time after that.

For the sake of documentation and reasons I'll explain later, I am also going to go over some details of Elijah's early online life. Strap in.

Elijah's childhood: Uncontrolled internet access, autism and Oppositional Defiant Disorder

From what we know, Elijah grew up in a poor and dysfunctional family from Mason City, Iowa. Even when he was going to college, the income of his parents' household was a meager $20k USD a year:



Elijah had unrestricted internet access early on in his life, and it seems that he was compensating for having neglectful parents and no friends by roleplaying. After all, it would let him pretend to be someone that isn't himself, and have pretend friedns. His earliest forays into roleplaying can be found on the Taleworlds forums, when he was about 10 years old, posting about things like stabbing ogres in the eyes:



At some point he got himself banned for being obnoxious and annoying though, as 10 year olds are, and only after turning himself into a laughing stock in the process. This would start a long-running trend of him making a fool of himself and being the butt of ridicule, which will become relevant later.

One or two years later, Elijah found himself playing in the filthy cesspit that is Garry's Mod DarkRP servers (as seen on his Flickr). There isn't much public information about this time in his life, or what kind of servers he played on, but what we do know is that he continued to play DarkRP for years (participating in clans such as OCRP, which was succeeded by Catalyst Gaming).

Apparently, despite being this young, his faggotry preceded him:




"Prepubescent Pwnage"

Something concerning is that his Steam nickname around this time was "Prepubescent Pwnage". He was 11 years old. What 11 year old child would draw attention to the fact that he is prepubescent? What 11 year old would even use that word outside of maybe health class? This is a huge red flag that makes me feel sick, maybe even a little bit sorry for Elijah. @enaR, I am sure you can tell us what this was about.

Before we move on to his Something Awful era though, some detours:

Detour #1: ERPing with adults as a child

According to a post Elijah made on 4chan (archive), "[he himself] had cybersex with adult men while underage on /tg/ when ERP was allowed." It's unclear when this may have occurred or how often it did.



We can narrow down the time frame of these events though, based on what he said: /tg/station launched sometime between August or November 2010, and it appears ERP was allowed at this time. Later, /tg/ banned ERP in December 2014, then briefly allowed it again in July 2015, then banned ERP again in September 2015, and it remains banned until now. This means that Elijah would have been 13 to 18 years old during this time period.

Detour #2: Mental illnesses

According to his own posts, he was diagnosed with budget autism (Aspergers), OCD, ADHD and ODD, and he does not take any psychiatric meds.




ODD, or Oppositional Defiant Disorder, is particularly interesting because it helps explain his behavior a lot. While better known as a childhood disorder, it can persist to adulthood and continue to create challenges. ADDitude Magazine offers a good summary of the the symptoms:

Oppositional Defiant Disorder in Adults​

Adults with oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) display a pattern of negative, hostile, and defiant behavior that lasts at least six months and includes four (or more) of the following symptoms:

• Often loses temper
• Often argues with family and coworkers
• Actively defies or refuses to comply with rules and laws
• Deliberately annoys people
• Blames others for his or her mistakes or misbehavior
• Easily annoyed by others
• Angry and resentful
• Spiteful or vindictive

If you have ever witnessed Elijah in the SS14 community or elsewhere, it is blatantly clear that he displays all of these traits, being a detriment to everyone around him. Even if he finds people who are willing to work with him, he will eventually do something self-defeating and hostile that drives people away. Of course that also hurts his ability to build positive relationships, but you can tell he is not willing to improve himself or acknowledge his issues.

Something Awful-ly autistic: Foot fetish edition

On Christmas Eve 2010, at the age of 13, Rane signed up on Something Awful, where he posted truly awful things. He ended up getting permabanned for them, and while Something Awful has a triggerhappy mods banning people over nothing, you will see that it might have been justified this time.

Side note: I lack access to a Something Awful account, and they seem to have recently added restrictions that require an account to view most threads. I am not going to pay lowtax's ghost $10, so I was only able to get a limited amount of posts. If you are able to offer help with access, research and archival, please send me a DM, especially if you have SA archive access.

Rane seemed to be a prolific poster on Something Awful, really wanting to put his budget autism on display.

For instance, in 2013, as a 16 year old, he decided to traumatize the unsuspecting crowd of a "Post Your Favorites: Whatever" thread by not just proudly proclaiming that his "ironic" interest in feet turned into a full-on foot fetish, but that he "looked up some pictures of girls' feet and masturbated to them", complete with a stolen picture of feet he would, ahem, appreciate that way:

Rane had some slight genocidal ambitions back then, too, which were found maximally unfunny.



It was truly the ultimate grief.

He also had a foray into being an incel, since women found him creepy as a High Functioning Autistic Retard, so he decided to ask for advice about PUA (Pick-Up Artist) stuff in the feminism thread (There were other posts about this topic, but I can't access them. Did he decide to become a raging faggot because he couldn't date women? Who knows.)



Needless to say, Elijah was rather disliked by some of the people he interacted with on Something Awful, and you can find examples in this thread of people making fun of him for being a whiny autistic manchild:






Again, there is only so much I can find without a Something Awful account, and this thread (about some space ship game that is apparently a blend of Minecraft and Eve Online) is just a small example of what I could find.

A big thing worth noting is that Rane left such an impression on his fellow goons that this "nap ghost" paraphile and pin-up girl man remember him 6 years after getting banned; and curiously for much of the same type of rhetoric and style that he is known for today:




Now, I've left the best for last: Rane got permabanned for asking people about where he can pay people to be his friend in a off-topic post in a thread about "crazy forwarded political emails from your family", a Something Awful moment that left an impression so strong with the goon in this screenshot that it was remembered an impressive TEN WHOLE YEARS LATER.



There was another post that I can't access (but here is the link anyway), saying that he was lurking in Mumble chat every morning for 6 hours.

Conclusion

Looking at all these ancient posts helps explain @enaR's character, which you all likely witnessed firsthand.

He used to be an unlikable retard ever since he was a child, and he still is, except he learned to mask it; well enough to convince unsuspecting members of the SS community that he is a functioning, non-retarded member of society.

But peel back the layers of his lies, and you'll find the same freak lurking beneath. He might try to hide it as much as he wants, but he is still a raging pedophile degenerate of a retard. Someone who wants to shoehorn his paraphilia and degeneracy into everything - not unlike the rest of the trannies and faggots and furniggers of the Space Station community. He is no better than them.

You only need to look at the "blood boy" Hullrot abomination, which I think I will let someone else here document properly, but in short: He wanted to force a role into the game about a senile man who would nourish himself on blood of young twinks. I consistently in school scored 99th percentile on state tests and I had an IQ test when I was around 9 or 10 and got 142 (IQ is adjusted for age so that would have put me around the average high school junior.)
