A prayer from Iranian Christians: A Prayer for Divine Justice
Almighty God, Judge of the nations,
You see the blood of the innocent and hear the cries of the oppressed.
The Zionist state has lifted its hand against justice,
It mocks truth, exalts cruelty, and worships the works of its own hands.
They have become as Sodom, as Nineveh in its pride.
Arrogant, merciless, unrepentant.
Rise up, O Lord of Armies.
Shatter the gates of the Zionist state.
Let their banners burn, their towers crumble,
Let their soldiers flee like chaff before the wind.
And though Iran does not yet call on Your name,
See their cause, Lord-it is just.
They defend the weak and resist tyranny.
Grant them victory not because they deserve it,
But so that Your justice may be seen,
And perhaps, in the ruin of their enemies,
They will lift their eyes to Heaven and know You.
May the Zionist state fall by Your hand, O Lord.
Make them an example. Make them dust.
And let Iran, though blind, be led to light.
That they may one day call You Lord,
And know it was You who saved them.
In the name of Christ Jesus, King of Kings,
Who rules even over those who do not yet know Him—

emoji on social media argue about vain politics, I am reminded of the third temptation and how some of us fall into it even with us not realizing. It is worth thinking about it long and hard, how has my own politics/nation made me cast away my humanity and for what? Sometimes I can't object or not help myself smirk ,even if I know that it is wrong, just because (((my side))) commits it. God have mercy on us sinners.
