Unhelpful perhaps but:

Wild west resort is not a findable entity via the silverflume system in Nevada which seems to be state wide for trademarks LLC and the like.

DbA names are per county (apparently known as fictitious business names in Nevada)
Clark, Carson and Washoe county searches are online and have nothing under that name.

Nevada county's website is down for maintenance this weekend so I don't trust the lack of results.

The other Nevada counties so far seems to have removed their searches or never had them online and someone would need to inquire with those counties for the dba records as best as I can tell (which is strange to me to not be readily online public records)

Edit to add I assume that's the kind of record Null is after not simply an online business moniker anyone can claim and until actual business is undertaken it's just an account name or domain.

Someone called him out and he didn't deny it

That's the best I could find of the 97 archived on the wayback machine.

It's been well documented for the last two years that The Wild West Resort account is run by Russell. The Wild West Resort is the western themed brothel he was supposed to open last year.
No shit nigga the point is finding something which undeniably ties him to the account to a standard a court would accept.

I was replying to those who seemed unsure if it was even him. There has been no post directly tying him to Wild West Resort.

The way it went down was that he originally wanted to open a brothel with the name "Paradise Palace", and registered "paradisepalace5" as his handle on Twitter. He soon changed his mind to instead purchasing and reopening The Green Lantern brothel in Ely, NV, so he changed his Paradise Palace handle, to "greenlanternely" while retaining the same account. Soon after THAT, his "deal" to purchase The Green Lantern brothel "fell through", and he again changed the Twitter handle to "thewwrnv" while still retaining the same account again. That is how we were able to follow and know that it's him.

There are posts in the main thread directly linking Paradise Palace to him, if someone wants to search for that. If not, I'll do it in the morning.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the court has yet to rule on Greer's failure to provide documents, correct?
Did Hardin file a formal "we didn't get shit" notice? Or did we leave off on Greee's $67?

Maybe Null was right and Hardin ponied up off the record?

He told the court that Greer hadn't sent the documents in the same filing where he said Greer hadn't paid the sanctions.

Yeah, Hardin mentioned both in his status report. This prompted Greer, still delinquent on multiple fronts, to file a Response to the status report and declare he is a sovereign retard.

I don't know if you're supposed to be able to file a response to a status report at all. But surely the point of doing so should be to refute false statements, not confirm the status report is accurate.

You don't understand, he has plights to explain the status, which are pertinent and the court was unaware of.

(I think that Hardin should have filed the status report on the document as a separate ECF just to avoid the "motion mentions two things, judge responds to one and ignores the other" thing that appears to happen quite a bit)

Really seems like he is survival driving Uber. I'd imagine no girls partied with him at Sheri's
There is this which establishes links to Russel Greer's highly specific claim about this specific brothel.

There is also this which links to Greer's motion to intervene that was denied. https://kiwifarms.net/threads/russe...sell29-a-safer-nevada-pac.30488/post-20435478

He consistently talks about disbarring which is what Greer attempted to do if you read his motion to intervene.

I don't know to what standard you would be required to show in court for something like this but if nothing else it is just more evidence of Greer being this account.

We all know it's him it is just hard to prove.

Conveniently, if you tell the court Russ did something retarded, he will file a response confirming that he did the thing BUT he had good reason for it.

Russ doesn't have any reason to be ashamed of running a Twitter account. Just tell him you're submitting "his tweets" to the court, so he can write up 2 pages of why he started the account, why he abandoned it, and why it has nothing to do with copyright.

You make a good point. Crusty Rusty is a master of hoisting himself with his own petard.
