The editing is still good and whilst they probably did use AI for some/most of it, there's still some key parts that tell me human artists at the very least rendered over it/fixed mistakes, the eyes imo are the biggest giveaway because AI still almost always fucks up anime eyes.
I think it's even more insulting that it's not bad from an effort standpoint; they spent countless hours and taxpayer money making this instead of literally anything else. They could've easily gotten the same message across by just having some dude read a script in front of a camera and it'd be infinitely cheaper and less gay lmao

The D.A.R.E program in the states failed miserably because there was a lack of explanation besides drugs equal mega bad . It ended up encouraging kids to question and try drugs. The alternative which I know I'm in for some heavy disagrees here is show the fucks that are heavy users . Show people these fat dudes selling and these toothless addicts . If kids knew the reality of hard drug addiction most will not approach it ever.
