Car sales are not very public. If you knew the VIN number or license plate you could lookup the Carfax, which wouldn't tell you who bought it but it would tell you if it was sold. However, Carfax is privately sourced so it may not be the most up-to-date information, and it is sometimes innacurate. In MN, other people's vehicle registration is not public information. You can submit a request for said info but you need a valid reason and I doubt "alogging" is recognized by the state of Minnesota as a valid reason for such purposes.
