Considering that this is the same Canadian Administration that recently said that ISIS and sympathizers have the right to "defend their beliefs", none of these new immigrants will be turned away. After all, illegal immigrants from the US are welcomed with open arms rather than sent back.

Fuck his orchiectomy claims. It's already proven false by pictures he's posted that show no orchiectomy scars or even evidence of skin disruption in pictures dated well under a year after the supposed procedure was done.
It's typically twin, 3 inch incisions on the lower abdomen on either side and just above the genital area. They take several months to heal completely and the scars are clearly visible for 1 or 2 years and fade to barely visible after that.
Phil's body area in the last round of nudes he posts show there isn't anything but fat there. He sure as hell didn't have any money to afford some ground breaking procedure, and he's probably dumb enough to think they just cut your ballsack open and snip them out.
Also, the fact that so many of these asspatters who are troons and snowflakes that obsess over the trans lifestyle miss this obvious fact only serve to fuel my suspicions that 90% of the Trans-obsessed snowflakes have IQ's below 90.

Ah, Phil's found another cause to taint by association. If you're autistic, the only things you're entitled to ask for, and all that most reasonable autists expect, are patience, tolerance and understanding. That's what the whole awareness thing is about. It's not Autistmas.
However, what I will say is that it does highlight how incapable he is of comprehending the thought processes of other people, and how self-centred. His idea is that he will "annoy the hell out of allistic people," and this will somehow compel them to spend their money on him for stuff he doesn't need, as opposed to, e.g., blocking him. So I guess in that sense, he is raising awareness of what untreated autism will do to a person.
"Reparations" seems to be his new go-to begging phrase. I guess "recovering from 5+ years of houselessness" is starting to wear a bit thin.
Also: I don't think you can complain about a made-up eugenics campaign and boast about chopping your nads off. One or the other. Not both.

Hahaha, at this point, there is literally nothing Phil can do to make his tranny/sjw asspatters call him out on his racism and appropriation.
The idea behind reparations for black people is that blacks wanted to take part in the American economy to the same degree whites were able to, but have historically been denied the ability to due to slavery and, subsequent to that, Jim Crow. Thus, some blacks wanted this reversed through positive legislative action - usually in the form of either pro-black hiring and education enrollment policies or through a one-time windfall to the descendants of ex-slaves; the point either way being to allow them to catch up to where they would have been.
(This is not commentary on the feasibility or practicality of reparations for blacks, simply the logic behind it; I'm of the mind that reparations have already and continue to be made in the form of affirmative action and that if you can't make something of yourself with hiring and enrollment quotas custom tailored for you, you definitely won't if given a one-time windfall of money (which is what the common understanding of "reparations" seems to be) but that's neither here nor there w/r/t this thread).
Phil has not been denied any sort of economic participation because of his 'tism, but because he chooses to roleplay as a Maoist and literally refuse to do any work - oft times bragging about it.
Not only that, but his SSDI payments literally are reparations for having autism. "We know you're denied some employment opportunities due to being a sped, so here's some money so you don't die."
