Unless they're trying to shoot down satellites within view of the region, probably not. Of course, Iran could ask (or order) Starlink to cut service to the region, but I don't think they have any teeth and it's doubtful Starlink would respect that request. They're quite happy to provide service in controversial and hostile areas (Ukraine comes to mind). Those satellites are pretty tough to poke at.

Forgive me for not timestamping, but both of these former CIA agents in this interview both agree that CIA considers Mossad to be untrustworthy, and Bustamante left the Agency in good standing while Kiriakou was arrested for whistleblowing about the torture program, so it's not like it's only the disgraced officers who say this.

Albania really doesn't count as a Muslim country after Hoxha took power and forcibly removed religion from public life. Even today, the Albanians who were raised in a religious family don't necessarily see religion as important and are quite secular.

Now Bosniaks, on the other hand, are Muslim both because of Ottoman occupation for half a millennium and also for the fact their neighbors never accepted them as Christians when they were. The Church of Bosnia was denounced as heretical because it was neither Roman Catholic nor Orthodox, and because it was tied to the then elites, the Ottomans had little difficulty Islamicizing Bosnia once they took over. The elites were executed and the subjects converted, but seeing that the Serbs and Croats never accepted Bosnians, the reality of being loyal to the Ottomans sounded much better than eating shit from everyone else around you. Deislamicizing/Secularizing Bosnia will be a much more difficult affair.
