California University to host talk about furries - California has gone full autism

California State University San Marcos on the 25th of April is hosting a talk titled "Flurries vs. Pet Play" where as part of their month long "gAyPRIL" event. There, they will call about being a furry and the difference between that and Pet Play.

I... Honestly have no words for this.

(I know the source is from Milo yiannopoulos, but why is a talk about flurries in a university a thing?)

Can we slap a Prop 65 warning on every furry? So much fucking cancer.

Meanwhile, Kiwifarms will discuss how to get rid of them.

Why are scholars dissecting paraphelias when this is just a stupid incarnation of 50 shades of gay?

That's the American education system for you. They always try to find the stupidest things to talk about instead of actually, you know, teaching.

Post-Secondary is just trying to cast as large a net to siphon tens of thousands of dollars from people who'd normally not go to university because they couldn't cut it. They've become a business run by individuals with no moral compass.

I live in California and I have no idea what Cal State San Marcos is and I bet most other Californians don't either, other than it's one of the seemingly endless Cal State branches.

It's stupid but this is some really fucking tiny irrelevant school.

Edit: OK, after looking on Wikipedia, they're larger than I thought (13,000 students), but looking at the average SAT scores and shit, they're clearly like a third-tier school.

The state must love 'em.
