Don't think anyone has talked about this yet, it looks like Honda might be working its way into the rocket industry. They managed to launch and land a rocket without blowing anything up, granted it is a mini rocket but Elon has gotta be sweating a lil bit.

Honda also has 20 years experience working in Aviation with their Honda Aircraft Division which has not only been very successful with their Hondajet but also probably has a pretty decent wealth of talent and they have their own factories in the US.
If Elon was smart he would be nervous, luckily he isn't.
It also shows Honda was capable of popping into an existing industry with heavy competition at the time and creating a profitable, advanced, and successful product in 10 years.

It's a nice start. They seem to be scaling up towards where many Chinese companies are already. If they can deliver extreme reliability they might be able to get a niche where they are as ridiculously expensive as Elon's shitware but much less likely to explode, and much more expensive but slightly less likely to explode than the Chinese options.

It's not the direct impact, but the fact that China's current economy is structured around constant massive growth. However, there's already too much housing available in some places and simultaneously constant construction. Anything that slows the overall growth of the economy risks reducing demand for new real estate, which would slow the construction and real estate sectors even more. Together they represent between 15% to 25% of GDP.
Even if there was zero direct impact from exports at all, if the shock collapses the bubble it would be catastrophic.

Both Musk and the people he amplifies lie incessantly. Grok is an extremely easy way to "fact-check" these antisocial degenerates: People just ask "Grok, is this true", and Grok says "No, it isn't", and then provides data it bases that answer on.
Funnily enough, people trust it and see it as an authoritative source, because people like Musk have so consistently misrepresented what it actually does.
They will not stop lying, since they would lose their audience (and blue checkmarks would also lose their livelihood) if they started to be truthful, so Musk is trying to bias the bot instead.

I don't buy it. Hair plugs still need to get their keratin from somewhere and in this case it's from a nutty dude who has enough money to buy all the drugs he can possibly pump into himself. The more parsimonious answer is that the hair came from Lil'X or someone else. Elon could have bribed the lab tech to test their own hair.
EDIT: I know he's just a kid but I would not be surprised if Lil' X is on adderall. So he should test positive for amphetamines. I thought of another way to game the test: you don't even need to use a hair sample from Elon, the kid, or the lab tech. They run quality control on this sort of thing frequently, probably daily. This would involve testing a known negative and a known positive. So all you have to do is put the negative QC sample into Elon's tube and then he'll come up negative.
This also works with proficiency samples. In order to maintain accreditation, personnel performing laboratory testing must test specimens sent in from some company that the lab subscribes to. One example of a company like this is API, which also does a quick and dirty continuing education program. Proficiency testing usually happens every three months in my experience. The results are compared with other labs nationwide. The lab keeps the specimens around afterwards in the fridge for a while in case anyone screws up, so they can be retested, or used for training/retraining purposes. Some of these tests are negative and those results are probably all neatly filed in a binder in the laboratory. All you have to do is look for a recent negative, find it among the old specimens, and test that as if it were Elon's.
