I can 100% see that, I just don't understand why? Nora by all account was intelligent, quick witted, loyal and generally a great partner. So it's very clear to see why Ralph regrets it. But as I understand it, as it was set up after the lawsuit was initiated this would not be the case and Monograph could be awarded it. Did Nick screw himself over by doing this as it is now his kids house, and money, and Nick can't touch it, and ultimately Monograph could be awarded it in the end?
