That’s the problem I have. You can’t hate these retards he’s suing because they finally bothered him enough, but give him a pass when they were his friends and associates for years because he’s JUST LIKE THEM.

And Asmongold sticks to the formula that Ethan mentions as "good" react content, where he pauses the video to discuss it, links the video, and tells his chat to go give the video a view/like/sub if they enjoyed it, which has led to some smaller creators getting massively increased visibility.

Dude has them dead to rights on the malicious and willful nature of the infringement, they couldn't have dug themselves a deeper hole if they tried.

If he gets it past the initial dismissal attempts(I assume this is getting hit with anti-slapp) then from there on out the process is the punishment. Doesn't matter what the jury result would be because he'll either grind them into financial ruination via the neverending legal process or force them into a seriously disadvantageous settlement, probably some sort of humiliating public apology.

Ethan continues to invoke the Grummz effect by routinely making enemies with people just as bad as, if not worse than, himself. Not that he'll ever benefit from it, he'd have to pivot away from his hard left audience and totally rebrand as a centrist. Should've thought twice about going all in on politics when he doesn't even understand politics.

I mostly cover Destiny and was gonna say this but you beat me to it so I will add onto it le hekkin plebbit style.
It gets really annoying when a cow attacks another cow and people here go "phull sapport saar". It was annoying when every criticism of Destiny had to be prefaced with "Hes basically the only good left-winger", and it has been annoying for a while now in this thread. Especially when you realize that Ethan IS Hasan. Just like Hasan's empathy to others is way downstream from his personal empathy to muslims, to the extent that every goatfucker durka durka jihadist gets a pass from him, Ethan's empathy for non-jews is also way lower than his empathy towards jews. He doesn't give a shit about Ukraine. Or 9/11 victims. Or victims of communist regimes. If he did, he wouldn't have collaborated with Hasan for as long as he did.
It's not chess. Ethan doesn't get BasedELO by doing this. You don't have to warm up to him. You can just sit back and enjoy the show.
