Why did Iran build a tens of thousands of pretty decent hypersonic missiles but not build up more facilities to launch said missiles or even bother improving their AD? Like they went from launching 600+ in a day to like 30 and some shitty drones.

Because Iran is a corrupt shithole run by incompetent Muslims who don't know how to actually build a proper military or allocate spending properly. They're literally just striking civilian buildings because they have no capacity to hit important Israeli military targets or officials.

As I've said before, most analysts ballpark Iranian missiles with a CEP of 100-300m, so this is simply not true. Iran absolutely has the ability to target specific blocks or complexes, and they instead choose to sling it at a hospital.

Most ballistic missiles have some sort of "on-target" mechanism. Soviet-spec missiles like to use RADAR for finding something important to hit - thus they usually find the most reflective object: Apartment buildings, hospitals, etc.

I'm not saying Arabs (inb4 "Muh Persisan"; a roach is a roach) aren't subhuman and someone needs to burn for it, but I'm also saying that Iran didn't target a building they threw a missile in the general direction and said "hit the biggest thing you can find around here" and it is still 100% on their war planners for tossing a missile addressed to "whom it may concern" into an area with a hospital.

If America actually cared about reducing the threat of nukes, it'd ask Israel to donate some of its German-made submarines to the Philippines or another country under naval threat.
Instead it's helping an aggressive nuclear state get even more powerful.
I consider Germany's donation of diesel subs to Israel the third most damaging thing they did in the last century. If the 'samson doctrine' occurs, I'd consider it worse than invading Poland or the Holocaust.

Well not really their War Planners. Israel in a move that actually surpassed the Mossad's vaunted "Pager" incident, lured all of Iran's top Military Leadership and their assistants to a meeting at one single bunker. And then blew it to hell and back as step one. Basically everyone in Iran who knew what their war plans were and could order the missile launches were dead before the first Israeli air strikes landed. It really is incredibly impressive just how completely Israel decapitated the Iranian Generals and Military C&C in the opening minutes.
