One of those I have considered many times and then forgot. Well thanks to this thread I bought some today. Will be reporting on my progress to enlightenment, if I remember. Guess most effects start kicking in slowly as weeks go by.

** I guess I give my first report 2 hours in. My airways opened like with some strong menthol drop or something.

How has your state of mind been? I have had a large amount get clearer and more focused. The ability to just start and stop is not some kind of Russian super commie drug but it's really where it should be. I could go on and on about it but, whats your 0.02$

No mental stuff really. Other than maybe bit lighter breathing, which does lighten the mood a little and does make ya little sharper. But I feel it is mostly the breathing ease for me doing it. Hard to say though.
From what I read most effects kick in within weeks as glutathione builds up.

This nigga does a google search before he posts. Top notch! You may not actually have any mental health problems ( then how di d you end up on this site LOL ) which is a good thing but I felt the effects first dose. But to each their own.

I tend to read on pills indeed before throwing them down the gullet. What reading did not tell it has those almost instant effects. Like no one cares about clearing up sinuses... Everything is just about "Will notice in months" stuff. Plus this pill is interesting read.

Someone I talked to about Phenylpiracetam ( a Russian nootropic ) really did just slam it down and see what happens so you doing some research is weirdly the backwards way of how I see these... Anyway it is a super duper interesting thing this, OCD/ADHD/Anxiety and even addiction all get addressed by it in literally one go. That's why I said in the thread subtitle "Apparently a Miracle in a pill" ).

I am like worst test subject, because when I am in mood for testing. I usually test more than one thing. So this time as well I started acetyl l-carnitine and l-carnitine as well right after NAC.

Progress. I think I am little less stressed and less anxiety, both of which are minor problems I have.

One thing I have noticed lately is one perky pecker.
So much so that I have to think... wait have I taken Cialis? But no I have not. Had to go do reading and apparently both NAC and Acetyl l-carnitine can have significant effect on boner health.

Doses I have been on. 1300mg NAC, 1000mg ALCAR. First thing after waking up.

Might up ALCAR to 2x1000

I actually upped NAC to 1950mg (with 24,75µg selenium)
, ALCAR usually 1500mg. First thing in morning with big mug of water.

It is quite subtle naturally. I feel like I have easier time doing thing, that I would put off to escapism train just to not thing about them normally.
That is like the main thing.

I could mention that I have not been sick during this whole time, but it is summer months.

I really think this might be help for anxiety issues to many.

Compulsions have not been problem really...

Only thing connected to compulsions I have noticed, has been horrible computer hardware fever which was replaced by horrible 3d printer fever... And last night I threw 750 euros at 3d printer order.

So if anything compulsions got worse, or at least resisting them turned to "just do it".

But I don't contribute that to NAC... Though could be.
