I guarantee their only evidence for this will either be Mr. Krabs' greed for money or Squidward's hatred for his job. In Squidward's case, he's just an exaggerated portrayal of pretty much every retail or fast food worker; nobody likes working that shit, which is why they have such turnover rates, because under capitalism it turns out there's opportunity besides being assigned to your roles by some State bureau for the good of the Party.
As for Mr. Krabs, sure, he's the greedy businessman archetype, but it's played for laughs and his greed often ends up foiling him, like when he bets everything he owns against Plankton in gambling every night for years because he assumes he'll always win, only to lose one night.
