They also admit to bringing it into being and not for charity purposes. Eh. By that point Hamas was in full control of Gaza. The Israeli "aid" was Qatari money that went to Gaza which Israel didn't block.

If this is Israeli support for Hamas, so is allowing any resources at all into Gaza since Hamas would benefit. I'm sure the water and electricity provided to Gaza benefited Hamas too.

Don't get me wrong, I fully disagree with the decision. The Israelis thought they had Gaza pacified, and Hamas was content on just lobbing a few rockets over the border. Obviously, they were wrong and it bit Israel in the ass.

Okay so Israel coordinates Qatari money transfer to Hamas because they were seemingly more moderate than their adversary (a decision I disagree with but whatever), and then, surprise, Hamas the jihadist organization misappropriates the money and that’s somehow Israel’s fault?
