Basically this and Israel is attacking sites that are not in the major cities but military targets so no coverage. Iran for the most part is out of missiles that can reach Israel. They got plenty of shorter range missiles though which could disrupt things in the gulf. Of course using them would incite the USA and even some Arab nations to bomb Iran.
