Was that one of his daughter's outfits? Looks to be a little girl's outfit and he's posing with their toys.
He's clearly getting off to this knowing what we know now and Kayla wanted to use one of her son's Halloween costumes for a boudoir shoot.

It wouldn't surprise me if Nick was getting horny while wearing his daughter's outfit.

So let me get this straight.
Marc Randazza, in an attempt to placate his client's ego, inadvertently stated to the court that Nick Rekieta is actively practising law, when he is in fact, barred from doing so due to his failure to study CTEs?
I don't know his motivation but yes, he did that. He put it in a legal filing that Nick is committing crimes.

Nick knows deep down that he'll fail to keep the bodycam footage private upon the case going to the court of appeal. As has been noted, the videos WERE entered into evidence. I do not believe that he is merely afraid of the World seeing his drug den and the squalid conditions. I think it's more. He also knows that the entire footage will be analyzed to an autistic degree. It's what we do.

We're going to find something in that footage. Something he's aware that's there. It's not a moment in the clips, it's an area of the house. Something that's going to explain things in more detail. Offering some clarity on something we have been debating for a long time. If I was to guess I think it's something that it's so bad that it makes even current day Nick look like a merely grumpy guy on the Internet.

I think it's going to reveal the manner in which his daughter was being dosed. And it's not going to be good... We are going to find things that the police themselves even overlooked. Just my opinion of course. I do not claim to know this as fact.

You're going to hate him much more than you do. (In my opinion). Soon.

Runkle of the Bailey landed the first interview of part of Karen Read's defense team (before the networks or even Court TV). 30k watching him and the chat is running like a machinegun.

3 years ago, this would have been Nick

It coulda been Nick now if he apologized after jail and got back on the grind

Speaking of which, Nick hasn't tweeted in 6 hours. Does he sleep during the day now?

There might be some dark secret, and The Farms will find it, given the chance.

However, I think Nick's built of house of lies around not just the footage but his arrest and conviction, and having the footage displayed and analyzed, as you suggest, will break him. His lies across the year+ will come to light, and some of the dumber followers will break ranks. It may also be he's promised to April or maybe even Kayla it won't come out, and this could be the last straw for either or both of them with Nick.

What lies? The state of the house and the obvious fake photos. The state of the family. How hap-hazard they were with leaving drugs and probably other unsafe items around, like the gun under the bed. The state of the bathroom and the dog. The mess, just everywhere. The uncut grass. Nick's account of what happened between the police and him, versus the official record. Nick's fantasy of himself can't deal with us having that info, those recordings.

Nick cares most about himself and somehow he's tied himself to this battle. I'm not so confident it will come out, but I'll be here for it if/(hopefully) when it does.

I’m not sure how to translate “lawyer” into Quenya - “axanatar”? But a hearty toast to Lawgolas for forsaking the Straight Road and becoming a lawtuber of excellence instead.

If only Nick had cast his Balldo ring into the fire.

Ian asked about how social media impacted the trial. David mentioned they had the team looking at stuff and took ideas from it. Bob gave call outs to having watched Ian, Andrea, and several others that he was watching to see unique perspectives. (Sorry Sean, no direct call-out for you.)

Somehow Rekieta "law" was not included. Maybe if there is litigation in the future on casseroles, Nick might get a +1.
