I still hold the belief that if Pup got out of the house and had some real life experiences, she'd realize that there's more to living than trying to appease transgender furries online. I think she's caught in this cycle of learned helplessness that was probably kickstarted by her mother, maybe due to the autism diagnosis or maybe because of the JW upbringing (or maybe a bit of both), but continually perpetuated by the furry fandom's collective Peter Pan syndrome. There's a tangent I could go on about the prevelance of ABDL, age regression, and babyfur lovers in the furry community and how it's likely more than just symptomatic of the rampant paraphilia culture, but that's a whole can of worms and involves a lot of speculation about how we're raising autistic kids as a society. Shit, even non-autistic, non-furry, "normal" Gen Zers are falling into this "teenagers forever" mindset.

I suppose what I'm trying to say is: we've all discussed and mourned Pup's potential that was evident in her older pieces from when she was a young teen, and I think that if she were to untangle herself from the cycle of viewing her worth based on the approval/views/traction she got online, as well as learned to be somewhat self sufficient in everyday life (beyond making a little money from said online communities), she'd gain some of the confidence she'd need to realize some of that potential. We saw some of it at the beginning of the Wolfertinger arc, when she hadn't accrued as much of an online following, but all it resulted in was falling back into trying to appease a different subcommunity of furries. If she had, say; a real life, in person community she could involve herself in, she might learn that the internet isn't all she has. That there's a real, tangible world out there for her to experience. She's caught in the fear of leaving this safe, familiar, but ultimately shallow form of "reward" from the fandom, where she doesn't even need to leave the safety of her home. She is afraid of the unknown, and hasn't had any true motivation to take real "risks", but it's evident that she yearns for it: she wants to move out, she wants to go to IRL pride/meetups, she wants a source of income her mother doesn't have a say in (and most notably, she doesn't want to earn it with commissions). She WANTS it, but she's afraid to take the first steps.

If she continues in this way of living, I don't know if she's gonna be able to break herself out of the cycle she's in. She's young enough now that if she got a feel for the world, she might be able to get the hang of it. But once she starts pushing 25 and older, her brain is gonna start to be stuck in its ways, and I don't know if she has the natural ambition to try and fight that. I know people can change, but barring a huge, life-altering event, I don't know if Pup would have the grit to try and achieve it.

Anyway, sorry for not contributing to the thread. I've followed Pup online for a very long time, even before she became big on Twitter back in the day, and I thought I'd finally throw in my two cents.

It's not. Pup isn't huge at all, that's an average American shape. (Still fat, but not like what we often see here). I could go to the store and see ten people shaped that way.
