There are common–sense limits to how mean–spirited parody and "discussion" can get before they become harassment.
Nah, the court has never made such a distinction.

A stance that few–to–no decent people would dispute regarding a specific case. There is no fine line as to where common sense comes into play, but it should be invoked when and only when the thing being objected to obviously and flagrantly goes far, far past the general vicinity where that line can be reasonably said to lie.define "common sense".
so it's still subjective? Sounds like you're just grasping at straws, man.here is no fine line as to where common sense comes into play,

Moleman9000, Alan Pardew asked you what your thoughts are on this:A stance that few–to–no decent people would dispute regarding a specific case. You know, if you just stepped away from the internet for a while, this shit would start dying out, right?
Stop asking those things, they are irrelevant.Moleman9000, Alan Pardew asked you what your thoughts are on this:

I also have to ask what your thoughts are on this:

I shouldn't have to "step away from the internet". I have the right to put out my stuff and to not have my activity actively monitored by trolls and haters.
You do realise that you put your stuff on public for everyone to see, right? It's like you expect them NOT to be monitored by anyone including trolls, haters and even fans.I shouldn't have to "step away from the internet". I have the right to put out my stuff and to not have my activity actively monitored by trolls and haters.
You may have the right to put your stuff on the internet and we in turn have the right to criticize it, whether it's through something such as commentary or satire. Understand that not everything is a one way road.I shouldn't have to "step away from the internet". You made a nava-verse drawing of MLP, and you defended furry art that is deviant. These are relevant in a sense that you have something for such things.Stop asking those things, they are irrelevant.

P.S. Elaborate about these threads:

It doesn't work like that, Gabe. The only ones actively monitoring any non–celebrity web users should be fans.
How do you plan to enforce that? The only ones actively monitoring any non–celebrity web users should be fans.
So you are saying that I, a brony who post in a thread about the idiocy within the fanbase, is shouldn't be a fan? That's like saying a guy can't be a Christian just because he doesn't follow a certain belief of a denomination. Also, are you implying yourself to be some internet celebrity? You aren't really that well-known, I'm pretty sure the general user-base of the internet doesn't know who you are.The only ones actively monitoring any non–celebrity web users should be fans.
You have a point in that most of you are not true cyberbullies; understand that my MAIN grievance here is that this thread is partaken in and openly tolerates true cyberbullies like Willow Giovanna and Dan Enig. If what the majority of you people are saying about me was the full extent of the negativity directed at me, I wouldn't be making a fuss like I am, but as it stands, there is major harassment at hand by a handful of the users here, and I ask that you stop discussing me so as to stop enabling them, or at least ban them on the grounds of their truly illegal actions. You may have the right to put your stuff on the internet and we in turn have the right to criticize it, whether it's through something such as commentary or satire.
