2025 Israel vs Iran War

I'm pretty sure this is footage from 2020, and the anti US protests then. I've seen a few clips and stills of the "one million man march" floating around on IRGC accounts in the past few days while the internet has been down.
Could easily be. Only info I have is that IRI state media posted it and implied it was current.

Speaking of retarded IRI state media, they just posted this tweet from a satirical Twitter account ten minutes ago. The account belongs to a fictional US politician. IMG_6949.webp

US State Department publishes notice today for US Citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents to fill out a form to better coordinate American evacuation efforts from Iran, Israel, and the West Bank.
Israel and the West Bank The Department of State is continuously planning for contingencies to assist with private U.S. citizens’ departure from Israel. Do not wait for U.S. government assistance to depart. U.S. citizens who are able to depart on their own should do so. We will alert U.S. citizens if there is additional information to share regarding departure options. U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents currently in Israel or the West Bank and seeking U.S. government assistance to depart, please complete this form in the following link so the Department of State can better assist you and provide you with timely updates: https://mytravel.state.gov/s/crisis-intake. Please:

Fill out the form only once.
Include accompanying spouses, children (under age 21), or parents.
When prompted, please indicate the type of additional assistance you need in the form. If you are only seeking departure assistance, still check the “I may need a loan” option to proceed with submitting the form.
Complete all details, including date of birth and passport information for yourself and all family members, indicating citizenship status.
Provide as much contact information as possible.
Monitor your email regularly after completing the form.

Do not fill out the crisis intake form if:

You are not currently in Israel or the West Bank. Someone else can fill it out on your behalf, but the person seeking assistance should be in Israel or the West Bank.
You are not interested in departing.
You are not a U.S. citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.

If you need other assistance in Israel or the West Bank, including the issuance of an emergency passport, but do not want help to leave at this time, please contact the U.S. Embassy at: JerusalemACS@state.gov or TelAvivACS@state.gov. U.S. citizens not seeking departure assistance should still enroll in the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (step.state.gov) to receive the latest updates.
Iran: Iran airspace remains closed due to hostilities with Israel. U.S. citizens seeking to depart Iran should depart by land to Azerbaijan, Armenia, or Türkiye if they deem conditions are safe/if they can do so safely. Information on departing Iran via land borders is available in recent Alerts, found here: https://ir.usembassy.gov/category/alert/. U.S. citizens should enroll in the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) to receive the latest updates on security in Iran.

If You Plan to Leave Iran: The Department has opened a crisis intake form for U.S. citizens in Iran to pass information about consular assistance. However, because of the limitations on consular support in Iran, we do not anticipate offering direct U.S. government assisted departure from Iran. U.S. citizens seeking departure should take advantage of existing means to leave Iran.
Please find the crisis intake form at: https://mytravel.state.gov/s/crisis-intake
Read these instructions carefully:

Fill out the form only once.
Include spouse, children (under age 21), or parents.
Complete all details, including date of birth and passport information for yourself and all family members.
Provide as much contact information as possible.
Monitor your email regularly after completing the form.

Do not fill out this form if:

You are not currently in Iran. Someone else can fill it out on your behalf, but the person seeking assistance should be in Iran.
You are not interested in departing.
You are not a U.S. citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.

U.S.-Iranian dual nationals must exit Iran on Iranian passports and should be prepared to encounter checkpoints and questioning from Iranian authorities before departing Iran. The Iranian government does not recognize dual nationality and will treat U.S.-Iranian dual nationals solely as Iranian citizens.
U.S. citizens who are unable to depart Iran should be prepared to shelter in place for extended periods. The U.S. government does not have diplomatic or consular relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The Swiss Protecting Power office in Tehran is closed until further notice and cannot assist U.S. citizens in Iran at this time.

Unless the second 2 is a mistake, then just as I said, Iran talked hostilities against Israel for decades at that point and sponsored terrorist organizations. The idea the Israeli response was unwarranted is insane.
Talked hostilities. Talked. Were there tanks lining up on the border? Hostile air incursions? Was Iran firing up the mid-range ovens?

As for sponsoring terrorist organisations, thats pretty rich coming from Israel. What is Mossad's motto again?

Maybe if Israel wasn't so neurotic and didn't respond to every perceived slight with a completely out of proportion response then people would take them more seriously.

Mad reasoning given Israel does the same.

Knocked me out of chair 😂

Silly Iranians. To imagine that any US politician would say that out loud.

The sheer credulity of some on this thread is amazing me. It's Real Politik. Or do people really think this is going to be the first war in human history started out of moral concern rather than political gain and geopolitical power?
People in general don't like viewing things through the lens of realpolitik because it's depressing.

The truth is that Iran's geographical location makes the neocons erect and that's why they have been obsessed with it for 40 years. They will be lobbying hard for increased intervention if there's even a remote chance that a US-friendly government will come out of the conflict.

Got a feeling this is purposefully planted bait
Reminds me of Turkish deep state protecting incredibly provocative Islamist talking heads that spoke so in a vile fashion that even Erdoğan followers started drifting to pro-Kemalist bloc.

Arabs and Middle Easterners can only be tamed by overwhelming violence. Trans-semitics of Israel know that.

One reason the B2s are at Guam and not Diego Garcia is to keep the element of surprise. Additionally there are 2 chink electronic warfare ships chilling near Iran. The US likely wants to keep the B2s as far away as possible so Beijing can’t gather intel on how to track them. If they are at DG, then it’s easier to predict their pathway. The less intel China gets the better.
