Israel has a nuke. They're not racing to get a nuke. They've demonstrated a high level of nuclear rationality. Iran's leadership does not appear rational, and can't be allowed to be near a modern arsenal. Having had a nuke for some time, Israel has not used it, and have not threatened their rivals with them. At times it might have been wise to do so, but they did not. They do not have a goal of destroying Iran and leaving a crater there. They have a goal of destroying Iran's offensive missile capabilities and nuclear capabilities. Iran is not acting in this way, and it's stupid to claim they're a normal, responsible state when we both know they're funding and arming a wide array of disparate groups and creating problems at a scale and in a way other countries aren't. A normal state does not make the destruction of another state their key foreign policy goal. It won't do to let them get nukes, this is the clear consensus of the world, it's why the sanctions regime has crippled Iran. Frankly in my view it won't do to allow Iranian people to pick their government ever again. There's more than enough states with nukes.

Iran having a nuke is presently avoidable, and if it is not avoided as an outcome it is a lot more dangerous than Israel having its weapon. Israel is a more responsible state than Iran. Iran is hellbent on exporting violence to its neighbors. Israel is truly not trying to export militant zionists to random countries. I don't think Chabad really counts in the same league as Hezbollah or the Shia militias in Iraq. Half of the 'Jewish subversion' people here are outraged about is destructive to any classical nationalist project, including Israel's.

You have to deny a lot of objective facts and clear differences in the conduct between the states, and equivocate the normal behaviors of a state with abnormal and irrational behaviors of another. Israel, like all states, behaves irresponsibly from time to time. However it generally doesn't seek war and is reliant on conventional, state actor type forces, not a bunch of irregulars trained by a independent parallel faction of the military accountable to the Supreme Leader alone, which effectively owns and runs the country. Israel really has not spent the last 45 years provoking wars and feeding conflict the way Iran has. They built a regular economy and everything in that time, Jews love money and all that. Compared to Iran, Israel minds its business and keeps close relationships with its allies.
