Iran has been a hostile power towards the U.S. for the entirety of the Islamic Republic's existence. Though the level of heat has risen and waned over the years, it's never gone away. Are you saying the U.S. does not have an interest in seeing a blatantly hostile regime broken, weakened, and forced to the table on our terms? Whether they were close to a working nuke or not is irrelevant, them having a program at all was a long term problem, this little flare up between them and the Heebs just happened to provide a convenient excuse to finally do something about it.
No, playing around in the desert for 30 years wasting billions of dollars is actually not useful to the US at all. Iran was not an issue for the US. Iran having a nuke is not an issue for the US. Meanwhile there is a tangible, real world benefit to fucking out of the brown shithole and focusing on your own country.

Assad's Syria and Saddam's Iraq don't really exist as opposition anymore so that also contributed to making this bomb strike possible.

I'm hoping it will just be like last time where he drone striked them and fucked off. I don't like that the Israel PM is pushing for regime change.
It was just his casus belli, alongside the nuke stuff.
"The matter of changing the regime or the fall of this regime is first and foremost a matter for the Iranian people. There is no substitute for this. And that's why I didn't present it as a goal. It could be a result, but it's not a stated or formal goal that we have,” he said in an interview, adding that Israel alone had the power to remove all of Iran’s nuclear facilities whether Trump decides to join them or not.
Netanyahu said this on Thursday or Friday.

I figured Israel was running SEAD operations since the start to prepare for this, now it's time to see if this is a Syria 2017 or a Libya when they got bombed in the 1980s or the start of a much wider war.

I was promised an America First agenda. Everything we have done is benefitting Israel over Americans.

All of the wildly Pro-Trump people in this thread still haven't explained how bombing Iran is good for Americans in any way. You guys are coping just as hard as the Dems sabout heir shitty decisions.

It made me realize I love my girlfriend, so that's pretty neat.

Me: Hey babe, while we were eating hot dogs we bombed Iran.
Girlfriend: 2 weeks my ass, its about fucking time. Let's go, fucking kill these towel heads.

Y’all are too naive thinking it’s over. Iran may respond now or they may not.

The real response may be in a while when they actually start building a nuke and detonate it.

Trump for his part is a fucking dummy if he thinks he can just declare victory now and pretend it’s the end of it. (Remember liberation day tariffs?)

His bigggest mistake is being sucked into foreign policy that clearly isn’t his strong suit. He’ll probably spend the rest of his presidency, which I doubt will last long past ‘26 spending his political capital bungling from one foreign fiasco to the next. Instead of doing what people elected him to do: Fix America.

I could be wrong of course. But what exactly will Trump do when the Iranians show footage of Fordow having survived the strike, and the neocons ask for seconds.

Did he even think that far?

Time and time again President Trump has been shown to be hesitant to start new wars. and time and time again people panic when He makes the slightest move.

His stance, from the very beginning in 2014 has been no dumb wars, but if there has to be a battle its got to be overwhelming and decisive.

He decreased US involvement in Syria, didn't bomb Iran after they shot down a single drone (despite the NeoCons and media pressuring him too), made strides towards peace with North Korea and tried to mediate with Russia and started to withdraw from Afghanistan which Biden fucked up.

But when He had to he had no hesitation on ordering isolated and overwhelming military force on those who needed it. he launched hundreds of TLAMs against Assad's chemical weapons facilities destroying them. He bombed Qasem Soleimani for orchestrating riots around the US embassy in Iraq. He used the MOAB against the Taliban in Afghanistan. He destroyed ISIS.

these strikes neutralized targets and above all sent the message that while the US might not be in the nation building game anymore it would still bomb the fuck out of people if required.

So I'm not afraid of a repeat of the occupation of Iraq. Trump has been shown to like the use of the Air Force for intimidation and obliteration. So if anything it would be a repeat of the "Shock and Awe" Air campaign against Saddam in 2003. Trump likes to make deals. It's been his whole life. He wanted to make a deal with Russia. He made deals with the Israelis and Saudis. with the north koreans. He'd love to make a deal with Iran. So he's giving them a chance to give up their nukes.
Its like Trump likes to flex's America's might. But won't bring us into another war. I remember people sperging about after killing Soleimani that Trump was gonna start WWIII. Right before Covid hit like a truck.

if she was in charge we'd all ready be hip deep in Iranian gore.
lol is that your coping mechanism with regret for your support of Trump? Harris wouldn't have gone to war with Iran lol

No, because Hogg wanted to primary out the approved candidates and get in his own brand of left-wing friends in.

He had the whole garden and ate from the forbidden fruit.
Hogg is also an insufferable retard who has zero experience running a political campaign or party
