Neocons still dominate the republican party, it will be a generation before Fuentes' anti Israel sentiment overtakes "Israel=Good" in Republican politics.

Evangelical boomerism and AIPAC still very much have a stranglehold on the overwhelming majority of Republican politicians. You aren't going to change that in 3-4 years.

I don't like this state of affairs, but most conservatives aren't on twitter or telegram.

I’m saying that I don’t give a shit about Iran or Israel. And I’m certainly not for fighting Israel’s wars.

He was right, doesn't make him any more tolerable. Problem is, however correct his position-its not going to change what Fox watching boomers or Republicans on the Foreign Relations committee actually believe for another 20-30 years, if ever.
