Does Aaron get the option of making an apology at his hearing? Would it help?
If I'm remembering correctly, the context of him showing the picture really puts a bit of a different spin on what he did. Not that it wouldn't be a crime anyway, but I recall him saying something along the lines of "your boy didn't do too bad." He obviously wasn't out to ruin her reputation or even speak badly of her, he was bragging about getting to sleep with her. Does that get taken into consideration at all? To me there's a big difference between someone who spreads a picture across the internet to make a woman miserable and someone who shows it to one person because he thinks she's worth bragging about.
I'm a retard so take this with a grain of salt, but generally the idea is how its distributed does matter. For example sending it to relatives and employers, would mean Aaron would've been in much more trouble.

Instead, since it was him just being a dipshit, he was only charged one KNU.

NO. AARON MUST BE GUILLOTINED FOR SULLYING KAYLA'S REPUTATION AS A MAIDEN TRUE.
Please ignore Nick and Kayla's blatant drug use and glorification
Please also ignore the abused, confused, disheveled children asking if mommy and daddy can finally get better.

Please ignore that Kayla the whore has posted multiple nude photos for locals, posed nude for a public Facebook post at the swingers resort she attended, posed for the photo taken that Aaron's getting in trouble for, mentioned that she loves showing off, that Kayla refused to answer phone calls from the court, and that Nick has repeatedly stated that this is for revenge.

TL/DR: Though he describes himself as a nice/honest/generous person, Nick's idea of revenge is centered entirely on the concept of rape. Anyone who goes against Nick by saying that he has done something to them or that Nick did something wrong is asking to be raped and they will thank him later. Nick will not abide anything less.
Which is strange, because Nick can't even anyone to enjoy having consensual sex with him.

I don't know why anyone gives this seething worthless faggot any advice other than to neck himself.
Sadly it is against X's terms of service to wish death on others or celebrate people being harmed. How Nick gets away with doing it so much and not get banned is beyond me. I can see Nick snapping and getting arrested for DA if his X account gets banned. If he can't seethe online he will take it out on his family.

The only legally relevant thing in your list is possibly the last one, and even that is only marginally relevant and likely not (and how do you know about the second-to-last one?)

If it wasn't a photo/ image she'd shared widely, it really doesn't matter about her other activities or behaviors.

I mean… Did you report him? Not saying you should, just saying be the change you want to see.

Obviously I’d never encourage gay ops, but I simultaneously assume that all of us Kiwis are decent people who report a TOS violation when they see one.

Nick's Twitter account must be kept open because it's the only way we can see him seethe now that he stopped streaming

I hate to be a retarded fail-lurker, but what trial? I though Aaron already pled guilty and paid his famous 50 buck fine. It appears I missed something as I am assuming you folks aren't referring to Nick's threatened civil suit. My curiosity has overcome my ego that will no doubt get negged.

I know Nick isn't a lawyer so he might not know this, but if he sues Aaron, Aaron can have his lawyer sit Nick in a chair and force him to answer questions Nick really does not want to answer. The scope of questions will be virtually limitless. He will be compelled to answer and answer truthfully no matter what.

Good luck with that, Nick!

I have no idea what's going on I just heard there was a victim impact statement being read by Kayla at a hearing. I thought that usually happened at sentencing but I am also retarded.

Nah, no negging. There are three court cases happening associated with Nick: Monty, Hardin/body cam, and Aaron. It's easy to get confused.

@parsnip is asking about Aaron's sentencing this Wednesday and whether it would help him to apologize. The answer to that is he's already apologized to the court (according to him) and I'm fairly sure he will do so again on Wednesday. He's apologized multiple times on his show.

Edit to Add: I think his regret is a tad bit performative and self-serving. He knows it was a stupid thing to do but it's pretty clear he doesn't think he deserved to be taken to court for it... and most of us agree.

That's where I get confused. I thought he was already pleaded, fined, and paid. So what possible reason would there be for a victim impact statement? His sentence was already decided and carried out. My head and tummy hurt.

Aaron's lawyer and the prosecution have agreed on a plea deal. That's the $50 Kayla meme. The hearing on Wednesday is to rubber stamp that agreement.

HOWEVER, the judge can do whatever he/she wants within the parameters of the charge. The judge can ignore the plea deal altogether after listening to Kayla reading Nick's words and crying theater girl tears begging for a harsher sentence.

That's the minor drama at hand.
