I knew someone who refused to go get check ups for years and one day when their family went to wake him up he was in a coma and when they got him to the doctor they found he had a mass half the size of a ping pong ball on his Testicle. would've been easily treatable if he'd had gone in normally but by then it had already spread to his lungs and brain and he was only able to hang on another year.
