NINAL (Nick is not a lawyer), but Aaron will be able to mount a defense against this and will have subpoena powers to make Nick produce documents or testimony that might be favorable to Aaron's case. Things like the polycule, drug use, or anything else Aaron's atty can convince a court would be needed.

Would really hate for Aaron's lawyer to ask Nick if he ever threw a remote at Our Wife. That would NOT be funny OR weird.

If the judge rejects the plea deal, would Aaron be allowed to change to "Not Guilty"?
Like, if I had a deal for a 50$ fine and not having to be registered as a sex offender, but the judge threw it out and he'd be sentencing me much harsher - fuck it, fight it - you have nothing to lose but your chains.

If he wasn't a retard, yes. He is, though, and did a victory lap on stream outlining exactly what he did after the plea deal. So, no, he is fucked and he has to take what the court gives, as there is no chance he gets a not guilty as trial, because he couldn't keep his mouth shut.
 
The only part about Aaron maybe getting fucked more that displeases me is that it would make Nick slightly less miserable for a minute or two.
Now if Aaron wins, that'd make Nick even further miserable. I only see an upside to this scenario.
