Sam didn't even file a restraining order against Channing, the girl that's been stalking him and ambushed him at a comedy show recently. There's a police transcript of Sam saying he thinks it's better to ignore her when the cop asked if he wants to press charges or get a restraining order.

i think its true and its weird as fuck, but because it may have technically been legal and hes the right wing funny man, a lot of people turn a blind eye to it, including myself i suppose.

however, i hate it when hes so paranoid over it that he allows it to cuck the content. now idk 100% if Jin was kicked because they feared him markyposting or not, and if it was Jet or Sam who made the final call, but i have a hunch that was part of the reason for it. if you're gonna do questionable things like fucking barely legal teens according to your state's AoC laws, accept that there may be consequences and you may get called out for it. you cant control the narrative forever. for that reason, i kind of hope some contestant markyposts on their way out just to see his reaction to it.

Same could be asked as to why marky never took Sam to court too. I think the most likely answer is that both of them are giant spergs who didn't know that "trust me bro" doesn't hold up in court well and therefore didn't go through with anything
