It's a joke so people screenshot it and get mad about it, its funny when they do. There is just this trend in people who simply cannot tell that things like that are quite obvious jokes made exactly for them to fall for that is incredibly funny to me. It's a somewhat meta form of the "I am just pretending to be retarded".

I don't know much about that subreddit other then it's quarantined now.

While sexual humor can be used without being a coomer (even if rare) the joke being "hahaha I'm such a degenerate laugh with me" says about the person. We saw it with Nick Rekieta's FUNNY and WEIRD antics. Before the collapse there were people that denied it in spite of becoming increasingly obvious as the Balldo's behavior got out of control.
